   Great menu, lots of great antipasti options. Fresh pastas were excellent. Service was excellent - friendly and efficient. If I had one suggestion it would be just a tiny bit brighter. I get the dimly lit vibe, but it’s borderline dark. Great vibe. Super chill. Great food. Great addition to the mountain.

   Great friendly service. Great food for the price. Would have been nice to have had Italian music to listen to while eating Italian cuisine.

   We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Although the team made a small mistake with our order, they quickly fixed it with great professionalism. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. The service was impeccable, attentive, and warm. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication to customer satisfaction. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!

   Have been here 3 times, is really great for a date or if you are with a big group of people. I prefer to go with a group and order a bunch of items and share so you can try a number of dishes. Love the truffle pasta, bolognese, chicken and mash potatoes. The food came reasonably quick.

   The service was lovely and caring. However, it did take over an hour for our food to come out, and we got no compensation, only an apology. Overall, the food was yummy, but the portion sizes were small compared to the price paid. The pizza was must misleading, as it was a flatbread size. Some of the drinks were weak, and we had to ask for them to be remade. However, the team did that for us happily. Lastly, the Tiramisu was a bit of a disappointment. It is a classic dessert which typically you can count on being good. However, it was way too boozy, and they should probably ID you before allowing you to order it. Altogether, we enjoyed our time at the restaurant, but I would be aware of the relatively small portion sizes and I would not order the Tiramisu.

Sounds like there is some learning we can do and we're grateful to you for giving us that opportunity. If you have any specifics about how the drinks could be improved, please feel welcome to share that. I will speak with our Chef and GM to find out more about the cause of such a wait. I apologize for that, and for how it was handled. The pizzettes are marked on the menu as 12" x 5" flatbreads, but this is a good reminder for our servers to ensure guests see that when ordering. I'm sorry this wasn't done during your visit. Thank-you again for sharing your experience. I apologize that it fell short. I know we can do better, and I hope we have the opportunity to show you that sometime.

   Food was excellent. HIgh quality ingredients, hot, tasty and beautifully presented. Portions were just right although the salad was sharing size. Great menu selections. Staff were warm and friendly. New decor maintained the mountain esthetic but was bright and fresh. Thoroughly enjoyed our outing.

   The food was amazing and this will quickly become the top Dining location on the mountain. The rustic decor reminds you that you are sitting high on top of a snowy mountain. The service was phenomenal the best part of the evening was definitely the food. We had starters, main and dessert and all were fabulous. The wine selection was perfect for the dishes served. Although the food/service was more upscale than other places on the mountain you could still come in casual and dressed for the mountain and not feel out of place. Reservations would probably be suggested as it started to fill up quickly. So excited to have this new restaurant at Big White.

    My husband and I dined at Sopra for the first time last night and it won’t be the last! The food is delicious and good value for money. Izzy our server was fantastic and made our evening very enjoyable. We were celebrating a milestone and she added a candle to our tiramisu to commemorate which was a lovely touch. Liam the bartender also created a mocktail for me which was delicious; ask for the “Hayley’s Comet” you won’t be disappointed!
