   I was at the bar alone me myself and I and I was charged an automatic 20% service charge. The service was horrible. I had a reservation at 230 and the host told me upon arriving at 220p that my table wouldn’t be ready for awhile. Said it was overbooked. I ordered my food and it came at different times. I finished my food before the part of it arrived. The issue I have is being charged 20% automatic and I had a horrible experience. I wanted to go back but I won’t.

   First time at this restaurant. It was very good. However it was pretty pricey. The dining area was somewhat small. The food was seasoned well and the portions was good. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back.

   The food was fantastic! The pork chops and macaroni and cheese were the best I’ve ever tasted. My friend also thoroughly enjoyed the fish and sweet potatoes but we were seated well after our reservation and we weren’t alerted to the fact that they were out of the cornbread muffins we ordered until we asked for them. The place is small and decorated beautifully, but it was a little chilly in the restaurant. Our server quickly changed it once we asked so overall it was a great experience…until we got that BILL!!! I’m aware that you can’t put a price on someone else’s work but we had 3 entree and 4 sides and an appetizer and our bill was well over $250 (and no alcoholic drinks). I would definitely recommend this restaurant for special occasions (anniversary date, milestone birthday or marriage proposal) but it’s a little pricey for casual dining.

   When we arrived, we felt welcomed. However, the waitress Karen M seemed rushed to take our order. She didn't recommend anything from the menu, whether it was cocktails, food, or dessert, and kept coming back to ask if we were ready to order. We explained that it was our first time there, but she still didn't offer any suggestions which would’ve probably only taken a few minutes. It didn't seem busy, so we're not sure why she rushed the experience. Additionally, the food didn't arrive at the same time. We would have loved to try dessert, but the waitress tallied up the bill before asking if we wanted anything else. The overall experience and food were okay, but the waitress should have been more informed about the menu options and provided some suggestions.

    I truly enjoyed my dinner last night. The food was really good, and service was awesome. Unique and Chef Roy are gracias and accomodating hosts. The bartender and male server were also great as well.
