   Such a cool venue, with a great ambiance and a feeling that it’s a special place :) the food was delicious and fairly priced, I would love to come back for an evening

   When we first arrived, we were shown to our table and were swiftly poured our fizz. We did feel a tad rushed into choosing our food but our waitress was extremely attentive in ensuring that our glasses never went empty! At first the atmosphere was disappointing as we were expecting the Sound Cafe to be a music venue but there wasn’t any music for the first hour or so but then the music did start and it was good. The food was not pleasant and I must admit that I would not come back based on the food quality and choice. On the positive side, for a bottomless brunch, the fizz kept on flowing which is not always the case and I do feel that based on that alone, the experience was worth it.

   We had a fabulous time!! It was my friend’s first time and she loved it too. We were using a Buyagift voucher. The ambiance is great. We like the music and videos playing during lunch. Rosemary, our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food selection was varied and delicious. The Prosecco was really good and plentiful. We will definitely be back and recommend it to others.    Our server was SO nice, but sadly he had far too many tables to look after so the overall service was super slow. We were expecting to be there for an hour and a half and were there for two and a half hours, most of which was waiting for a dessert menu / waiting for dessert. We had a couple of drinks and maybe because we didn’t want bottomless prosecco we had less attention from the servers. This was my third brunch here and it was the worst experience so far. Food was great and as I say, our server was amazing, I think they are just massively understaffed. There was a rowdy table next to us which were really disruptive and that didn’t help either.
