   Our server requires additional hospitality training and should focus more on customer details. I made a reservation noting our anniversary, but this was not acknowledged. The service was lacking, and management did not appear concerned about the customer service issues.

   Megan is such a gem! It’s honestly the little things and she stayed on top of it the entire service. The food was quick and phenomenal. 10/10 experience

    We were seated 15 minutes after our reservation time. The staff was pleasant, but not remarkable. We got coffee without a spoon. We got water without offer of astraw. The chicken in the chicken and waffles was overcooked and dry. The eggs on the king biscuit were well well done, even though we requested over light and the biscuit was dry. We were unaware that there was live entertainment, which by itself was not terrible. They were actuallyvery good but way too loud for 11 o’clock in the morning. On a sidenote, the cleanliness of the restaurant was immaculate. With the extensive competition in the immediate area, we probably won’t go back.
