Our reservation was honored about 20mins late because the party before us was lingering and wouldn't leave. I know it happens sometimes, but there was no effort to explain that to me or make it right. It would've been nice to get my deposit back.

Would have been nice to be told what the market price for the oysters were before ordering, but other than that it was a perfect experience! Crab cakes were phenomenal and the pork chop was fantastic! Definitely be back to rent one of the bays to do the virtual sports and have food. Oh and after we found out that oysters are a dollar on Sundays, it's going to definitely require another visit. 🤙 Annabelle was our server and she was amazing!

The pretzel tots were by far the best thing I’ve put in my face in years. Hands down. Bf loved the wrap app although I found it bland to the point that I don’t recall what the ingredients were aside from guacamole. We got another dish as well, but again, bland. Drinks were good! Service was okay, however, I would NOT recommend choosing this place if you have any extra requests or accommodation needs. Absolutely nothing entered in the reso notes was acknowledged (it was our anniversary.) I understand it was a busy night and I’m absolutely willing to give them another go, but I do wish they’d taken anything I requested into consideration OR informed me why they weren’t. We had a good time and I’m sure we’ll return, but I’d love to see them upgrade the game variety, the ingredients in the menu, the TV options (nobody wants to watch gymnastics,) etc. Nice starting point with lots of room for growth. Again, those tots were everything. Absolutely get those!

Great place. Lots of fun things to do there along with good food. I took my girlfriend there for a late Valentine’s dinner and while things were slow because of the high demand the food was still good and we enjoyed our time together. It was noisy though and I don’t think that was just a Valentine’s Day thing but the general ambience. I wouldn’t go there for an intimate, quiet date night but for something more fun, or with friends.

I multiple things were out of food, our server tried to bring a 3 course meal out all at once “because it would help them from being so busy” were were early and were seated 30 mins later than our reservation

The service here has fell off a cliff. Booked a reservation for bowling with wife and kids. Walked up to get shoes and the guy disappeared for 20 minutes. Finally got bowling lane and another 20 for someone to come take our order. Ordered waters, a bottled beer and a glass of wine, and some fries, there an hour an a half… got fries with 20 minutes left and never got anything else. Horrible.

Servers aren’t trained super well? Had to ask for several items multiple times. And then was told we were out of time in the virtual bay but we had requested the check twice… just a little inefficient and pricey. But we still had fun. I just think a higher caliber service is needed for that price point.

Food was good and good value. Service was a little lacking...server didn't check in that frequently...didn't refill water glasses. Didn't appear location was that busy - but not sure how many servers there were. Would return!

The wagyu sliders were overdone and they are pretty stingy with the cheese. The southwest chicken rolls were not very flavorful. Margaritas were delish, service was good. The brussel sprouts and queso fries were the highlight of the night. For the price we would have no issues paying if food was on point. We may give them another try.
