   I understand that it’s Christmas, and service might be impacted due to staffing issues. However, during the two hours we were there, we only saw our server once. She never checked in to see if we needed anything, and we experienced long waits for both our food and the check. The dessert we ordered never arrived and had to be removed from the bill at the end. Most of the dishes were overly salty. The most disappointing was the Royal Crown Fried Rice—it looked amazing in the picture, which is why I ordered it, but what arrived was nothing like the photo. On the plus side, it was the only dish that wasn’t too salty, though it still wasn’t appetizing. This was our first time here, and unfortunately, it will also be our last.

   Great experience. Loved the ambiance. Had mixed feelings regarding the service. The server who was a shorter woman with a tattoo on the side of her neck was really terrific, kept checking on us, and made our experience more enjoyable. The other woman server (assigned to our table) seemed to be avoiding, and was very passive aggressive in her response after trying to politely order from her but ending up asking the other woman server instead due to the fact she seemed to be avoiding us.

   Good food, quite expensive. Server was aggressive. Suggesting menus that we really did not need making the bill higher.

   We loved everything, from the decor, food to the service. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high end, modern Asian fusion restaurant.

   The instructions is that there is a 15 minute grace period. When we arrived we were the only one’s there and we waited because the host was only person up front and was on a order everything from menu phone order. Once we were seated the server seemed only semi interested in our table. A couple with kids came after us and had their food order and food way before us. We ordered two cocktails which took 20 mins to get. I get it if the place was hoping, there were 5-6 tables on our side of restaurant at time. The food was excellent for sure! We asked about rice, our server told us to remind her to get it for us…. so we had rice. Not a major deal breaker except the service in total was meh.

   Second time here. Service excellent. Food is anesthetically pleasing and better to the taste buds! One of my top Thai-fusion restaurants in Pasadena. Classy, dimly lit and refreshing restaurant with beautiful outdoor patio seating as well.
