   Food is good but some dishes were a tad bit salty. Portions are on the smaller side but are meant to be shared. The tempura prawns & chicken wings are outstanding. Udon was also very good.

   Many of the dishes customers are accustomed to from past years are not available. The substitutes are not as good. Miso salmon was a popular choice that now is Miso butterfish which is bland and not as good. I ordered Nuoc Cham chicken which was served like fried chicken in whole pieces of leg or wing instead of the boneless bite size pieces that you could eat with chopsticks. I didn’t like it. So sad to see this restaurant become overpriced and average.

   As always, everything was amazing! We LOVED being seated on the putter right side for the view and more quiet ambiance. Absolutely love the garlic noodles! As simple as they are, they are so delicious! Everything is delicious, you cannot go wrong with anything you order! The servers are so friendly and inviting. A must go to dining experience!

   We love star noodle. The food and service is great!! We visit every time we are in Maui. My only complaint is that the napkins this triphad a bad smell to them. I asked for a new napkin and the same sent. We did not use the napkins.

    Absolutely the best meal we had on Maui. The items we had were delicious, and Charity our server was awesome in guiding us on our dining experience. Who would have thought an item on the menu called “ Bacon & Eggs” would have been out of this world amazing, but it was. Also, you can’t beat the view while you’re there. Definitely a don’t miss eating opportunity. Make sure when you plan your visit to Maui that you make your reservations at Star Noodle. The one thing you need to be aware of is that parking spaces are not abundant, we parked at Safeway, and walked to the restaurant, which worked out perfectly…..Enjoy
