Service is excellent, ambience is comfortable but the food needs a little fine tuning. I am confident the team will adjust as they go. Diners beware, no liquor license at this time. They surrounding businesses more than made up but walking out to get a cocktail may be frowned upon by some. We found it charming…we will try breakfast next time.

The complex flavors and inventive offerings of Chefs Tu Le and Aaron Willis are why we love State. There's always a surprise on the menu (depending on the night of the week you go). There's no other restaurant like it in this area. And open on Mondays!

Outstanding Night Out. Has several vegan options for my husband. Menu items all unique, creative and delicious. Server was genuinely and attentive. Atmosphere industrial chic, although it was a bit chilly next time...next time will dress in more layers. Actually, we enjoyed having to go two doors down to a distillery for our drinks which were AMAZING. We will definitely be back soon! Congratulations to the new owners!

No other words other than an exquisite dining experience. Food was delicious and plentiful. The family style dining experience was wonderful. Conversations were continuous, and everyone was friendly. The chef’s came out both at the beginning and the end to thank everyone and express their gratitude for the evening. Would highly recommend!
