   Our server was excellent.. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but she was in the small enclosed dining area by the bar on Saturday, 2/15. She was awesome!!

   We liked the ambience and decor. The outside igloos were really interesting and bar scene seems fairly lively. We went on Valentine's Day with a reservation, and it was not packed. The menu offered some interesting options, from a number of ceviches to burgers, latin to low country. My plancha chicken was tender and tasty although I was surprised that it was cooked with cajun spice that wasn't mentioned on the menu. My wife enjoyed her chicken plate but it came with fries that were just saturated in oil. Our hostess was very conversational and pleasant. Interesting experience overall, but not sure we'll try it again.

   We loved our experience at State of Confusion. If you are a fan of New Orleans cuisine, then it would be right up your alley. We shared the Gator Gumbo as an app and it’s a huge bowl with a thick rich base. It was delicious. Then I had the Muffaletta with confusion potatoes and my husband had the Bologna sandwich with red beans and rice. The muffaletta was huge and I had to take half home. It was really good. My husband thought mine was good too but thought his bologna sandwich was just ok. He said it reminded him of a sandwich you would get at Arby’s the way they thin sliced the meat. We both agreed we will definitely be back but he would try something else. Our server was really nice and attentive and it seemed like everyone was pitching in to help on a busy night. I loved the atmosphere - it was lively but not too loud. All in all, great experience!

   Interesting menu with something for everyone! Our server was awesome with a lot of energy and enthusiam. Will come back again.

   Service and food was great just a feedback we wish someone answered the phone because we were behind schedule and we wanted to know what time the kitchen closed but we’ve called several times and no one will answer while dining in we notice other people were calling and nobody was answering.

   My gf and I went out for date and night it was a great spot. Very quiet because it was a Monday night and that was just fine. Food and drink were both excellent.

   The service was horrible. We had to order our drinks multiple times. We were told “I put your order in but my tablet ate it” so our entrees came out 30 minutes apart. Luckily there was a more experienced server waiting on a nearby section who saw what was going on and jumped in when he could.

    Our server was really good and attentive, his name was Quan. The ambiance was really nice. The food was ok, but I would come back for drinks and the vibe.
