The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler.     I lost my faith in today’s restaurant culture but steak 48 saved my love for a nice. Night out with the love of my life. Food was so so so good. The bread is the best heads up

    My husband and I have been to Steak 48 several times and decided to bring our family tonight for Easter. As always food was great, service was great and always a great atmosphere. One of our favorite places for the best steak .
