    The quality of the food has declined. I was very displeased and disappointed with the lobster Mac & cheese as it is now a soupy recipe. The steak did not have the look of a filet and salmon was severely under seasoned. I like Steak 48 and have been quite a few times, but last night was disappointing considering the price point of the food. Cheaper food, but still high pricing. Please work on the quality. Not a very enjoyable birthday dinner. The dessert was the best part :-/.

    We sat in the back bar area for my birthday dinner and were served by one of the bartenders- Sabrina. She was outstanding and made one of the best martinis I’ve ever had! We will go back just to dine with her! Thanks for making it a special evening for me and my husband! -Leigh

    It is always a pleasure to dine at steak 48. The service is always A+ and the food is prepared to perfection. Our server Andreas and the rest of the team are amazing, professional and courteous.     I ordered the twin lobster tails however, when they came out, one of them was extremely small and they replaced it however they were overcooked and kind of tough. Unfortunately, this is one of the reasons why I visit this establishment is because of the preparing and the size of the lobster tails however I was let down extremely The macaroni and cheese noodles were overcooked. They were mushy so I didn’t enjoy those either. However, for the price that they charge you for the food, there should be no imperfections. I know everything can’t be perfect all the time but this time I was truly disappointed. Needless to say my bill was almost $400.
