   I would classify Steak48 as an event outing destination versus a regularly visited restaurant. Through that lens, I am ok with the paying a bit more for the experience. The food options, its preparation, and the servers were all worth the extravagance in my opinion. My only disappointment was with the host staff. For this visit, we had a reservation. When we arrived we were told we had been checked in but were given no information on what that meant. There was no indication when we would be seated or given any options or guidance on where to wait. After 15 minutes I asked the staff for an update to be told our table was being cleared and reset. Once my party of 2 was sat, we were seated at a table that had been set for for 4, making the update seem a bit fishy. All that aside, some clear and proactive communication would have enhanced the evening and my judgment of the experience to cost ratio.

   The service was outstanding and made the experience pleasurable. The serving team was very attentive and offered excellent suggestions for appetizers, main course, and dessert. Appetizer portions were large and a bit unique. The main courses, fillet and sea bass, were prepared well but did not exceed expectations given the price. Desserts were excellent and very flavorful. Wine list by glass and bottles were very expensive but not impressive. For the price, the experience was a bit disappointing.

   Great Steak, even better Service. I’m not verbose enough to go into proper detail, but I HIGHLY recommend the 22 oz bone-in Ribeye with a Caesar salad

   Steak 48 was a great choice for me to take my wife out after a wonderful Church service and a great week!!! My choice of Steak 48 was for our 2nd year Wedding anniversary and she loved it we had the 22 0z aged Ribeye Steak the Baked Potato’s and broccoli and sautéed mushrooms. Everything came out to our table hot!!!! The food was Hot!!! First time ever getting my food hot at any restaurant that is so great. I will most definitely go back. Thanks to the staff making my wife’s anniversary a great day..

   Took some friends to celebrate an engagement and had an amazing time food drinks experience over all great night. Melissa wow you have such a great staff and memory. Adam what great service. The bar staff is always amazing 100% all the time
