   We were really disappointed with our Christmas Eve dinner at Steelbach. Every dish we ordered came out cold, including my steak. The bone marrow mashed potatoes had no bone marrow under the potatoes and were still cold even after being sent back to be reheated. The pork belly appetizer was cold, rubbery, and didn’t taste fresh. The one bright spot of the evening was the service. Our server, Justin, was outstanding. Overall, a really underwhelming and frustrating experience, especially for a special occasion like Christmas Eve.

   From the Cornbread to the Fried Chicken and Flat Iron Steak and Mushrooms, the meal was spectacular!! The Service was marginal at best. We requested Alex when we made reservations as we've had her in the past and she made our night really enjoyable. However, she was not working. We will come back as the food is good and everyone can have a bad day.

   We’ve been to Steelbsch a few times and although we had a great night, it was not our best experience there. It seems they were struggling with bar staff shortage as our drinks took a very long to come. We ordered the tomahawk, which we had last visit and was surprised that it had shrunk! And was also presented in a bowl instead of the board. So we ordered another ribeye that came out fantastically cooked, larger than the previous steak and half the price. Rob our server was great. We’ll be back just next time we’ll skip the tomahawk!

   The food was amazing. The service was very awesome and they were nice, but it seemed they’d just thrown a new hire into the mix this morning, and management wasn’t helping out the staff at all or even being welcoming to guests.

   Food is outstanding as well as the service. Personally, I really like the shareable sides, gives the table more options to choose from while dinning.

   What an awesome experience! I had some friends visiting so I took them to Steelbach for dinner. We sat outside where they had heaters running and the noise level was pretty low. Our server was named Caroline and she was amazing! Such a sweet and kind person who attended to all of our requests. You could really tell that she is good at her job and very experienced! We ordered the cornbread appetizer, french onion soup and caesar salad to start. Both were delicious and were served promptly. For our main meal, we had steak, potato pave and mushrooms. The steak was delicious, the potato dish was unique as well as being very tasty. The mushrooms were some of the best I have had! I highly recommend this restaurant for a nice evening out with friends or a date night.

   My husband and I rarely get out for a date night and we were so disappointed with this dinner experience. I had told the restaurant that it was our wedding anniversary. The service was very poor. No acknowledgement of our anniversary and an overall downtrodden vibe from our waitress and the other helpers. It took forever to get a dirty martini and my husband's bourbon, which was simply neat (nothing too hard here). When the drinks finally arrived, my martini tasted like water and olive juice. The pour on the bourbon was stingy. Our food was okay, although we had to send back the potato pave because it was ice cold. No real apology on that. We were so underwhelmed that we skipped dessert (which we never do) and went somewhere else to finish our night out. At this price point, the service needs to greatly improve. There is too much competition from some really outstanding restaurants. In sum, we will not return to Steelbach and we would never recommend it.

    Salads very good. Cornbread good. Brussel Sprouts and Mushrooms very good. Fried Chicken a bit dry and the accompaniments of gravy, etc... make eating the pieces by hand difficult - and it's hard to cut the meat off a chicken wing. Overall very good and would go back again.
