Pinot Noir

• 2016 Pinot Noir Arête$80.00

  Deep ruby purple hued wine, transparent. Aromas of blueberries, rose petals, hint of mace and nutmeg from the oak. Youthful energy on the palate, vibrant acidity, medium body, nice core of small red fruits, blackberry, long lingering finish. Tightly wound at this point. Ripe red berry flavors are abundant on the finish. Tasted on May 9, 2018…2 ½ months after bottling.

• 2016 Pinot Noir Santa Lucia Highlands$36.00

  Pretty, dense ruby red color. Raspberry, fresh rose petal, savory note of thyme and a touch of nutmeg/vanilla in the aroma. Exquisite balance, flavors of small red berries, and firm tannins on the finish.

• 2017 Pinot Noir Bien Nacido Vineyards$42.00

  Clear and dark ruby in color, this is classic Pinot Noir Clone 667. On the nose, dried rose petal, black cherry, cardamom, forest floor, graphite and the signature black pepper of BNV. The mouth is youthful and nervy in its acidity and complexity. This is a keeper.

• 2018 Pinot Noir San Luis Obispo County$25.00

  The wine is a brilliant, vivid ruby red color. On the nose, ripe raspberry and cranberry overlay low key dark cherry, dark chocolate and interesting stoney forest floor notes and rose petal. Soft on the palate, medium bodied, a bit of salinity, gentle acidity, velvety texture with a lingering finish.

• 2017 Pinot Noir Stone Corral Vineyard$60.00

  This wine is impeccably balanced, with pretty aromatics and very fine tannins. It is densely colored, quite dark, ruby hue. Nice perfume, juicy dark fruit & spice, bittersweet chocolate, crushed green things, soft on the mouth with silky tectures and fine tannins, finishing with acid tartness at the back of the palate. Notes of ripe cherry, caperberry, redwood forest floor, wet granite minerality.

• 2017 Pinot Noir Edna Valley Estate$38.00

  A brilliant ruby-red color. Expressive nose of black cherry, bay leaf, dried porcini and rose petal. Wonderful balance of very fine tannins and moderate acidity, finishing with lingering flavors of dried cranberry and black cherry.

Red Varietals

• 2017 Zinfandel Dante Dusi Vineyard$40.00

  Gorgeous purple hue, the nose is bright with raspberry compote, red plum, cinnamon and a hint of bramble. Full-bodied and bursting with fruit, the palate boasts dried black cherries, nutmeg and pie crust. The finish is both smooth and long, indicating an already developing wine that will only continue to grow in complexity.

• 2017 Petite Sirah Blind Faith Vineyard$40.00

  Tasting Notes This wine is brilliant and a dark ruby purple in color. Youthful in texture and taste, notes of dark cherry, blackberry, walnut, dark chocolate and black pepper. The oak barrel aging presents itself with a slight aroma of freshly sawn mahogany. Medium fine tannins that will soften with age. Drink now through 2026.

• 2016 Grenache Bee Sweet Vineyard$42.00

  Medium-deep ruby color…black cherry preserves, briar and white pepper aromas…the mid- palate is highlighted in this wine with a core of firm tannins which bring verve and vibrancy to this wine; finishing with small red berry flavors and a brightness from the acidity.

White Wines

• 2017 Pinot Gris Spanish Springs Vineyard$25.00

  The wine is clear, pale straw in color, has a very expressive nose of honeydew, Asian pear, citrus rind, graham cracker and pear tart, and the mouth is creamy, with some mineral notes, silky textures and finishes with a pleasing honey note.

• 2017 Chardonnay Bien Nacido Vineyards$42.00

  Brilliant pale straw color. A very attractive nose, inviting and intriguing, notes of citrus, pear and mango fruit integrated with brown baking spices from the French oak barrels. Creamy, rich texture with vanilla, nutmeg and mango flavors, elegant finish.

• 2018 Albariño Spanish Springs Vineyard$25.00

  An intensely aromatic wine: nectarine, lime zest, petrichor, fig. The mid-palate has lean, refreshing, and zippy acidity and minerality. Aromas carry through to the finish, zipping all the way.

• 2018 Chardonnay, Bee Sweet Vineyard$42.00

  Clear and pale straw in color. Initial perfume of toasty oak, mace, nutmeg, graham, and a teensy hint of butterscotch, unfolding to ripe pear, green apple, mango and graphite. Full, rich and creamy. Still a youngster, bottled in August 2019.

  This wine has a beautiful pink, watermelon hued color like a cloud filled sunset. The nose is expressive of rose petal, cotton candy and springtime flowers. This is a mouthwatering wine with ripe flavors, silky smooth textures and awesome balance which displays energy and freshness

  Brilliant clarity, straw hue. The nose shows brioche, ripe Fuji apples, vanilla and mace. This is a delicious, unctuous, full body Chardonnay with lingering flavors of hazelnut and tropical fruit.

• 2017 Flying Cloud Aviator$20.00

  A balanced red blend for any night of the week. Aromas of sour cherry, black plum, and cranberry are accented by white peeper, chocolate and cardamom over a core of minerality. The fine tannins offer a perfect amount of grip.

• 2017 Flying Cloud Cabernet Sauvignon$20.00

  An easy to drink wine, red currant and young blackberry fruit notes, smoked paprika, fresh foresty greeness. Rich, round mouthfeel of showey yet refined tannins.

• 2018 Flying Cloud Zinfandel$20.00

  Dusty, mulberry, dried blueberry, preserved cherries, big open aroma, rose petal. Brilliant clarity, deep ruby red color. Medium body, full and rich, gentle tannins, cherries, and a warm finish. A very robust wine with good extract and richness, a pervasive red cherry impression and fine lingering tannins.

  Pale white - straw color, bright and youthful in appearance. Green pear, floral, and citrus zest give the nose a big lift. Aromatic and perfumed. Refreshing, mineral, a wine with verve. Great with oysters, pasta alfredo or salmon.
