   What a wonderful 1st experience at Sterling’s! Rose was fantastic with our young kids, the food was amazing and the live music was such a fun surprise. We will back for sure!

   Was really looking forward to dinner here with my family but the whole experience was flat. Food was average. Nothing special. It’s like it’s supposed to be a high end place but then misses the mark with BBQ sauce as steak sauce and cocktails being almost half full. Service was a bit slow but it is the holiday season. Tried it but nothing stood out to recommend this place or to come back.

   prices don’t match the quality of service or food. food was mediocre at best and also if i’m going to an expensive restaurant i expect people to wear more than sweatpants and sweatshirts… whole vibe was weird.

   Delicious! We sat next to their cozy fireplace and ordered wine, steak, bread, and caprese salad. Wait staff were very nice and appreciative that we were there. When we were leaving a one person guitarist was warming up. Next time we will go later, than 5.

   I usually avoid negative reviews but our recent experience was very disappointing. This was our third year, holiday outing at Sterling. Taking into consideration, this very busy time of year - the service was sub par (to say the least). 20 minutes after seating before our waiter appeared. Although our food was very good, ALL our servers were so rushed and inattentive it had a very negative effect on our dining experience. In conclusion - food was very good, expensive (as expected)-service poor , overall dining experience - marginal.

   I can’t give a full review because we didn’t get to eat off the actual menu. We went on Christmas night and there was a set, buffet, menu. We weren’t told ahead that this would be the case, nor was it anywhere on their site. The food was decent but not at all what we were going for. We were stuck.

   We are Park City locals and have been to this restaurant several times in the past. This place is supposed to specialize in steak… instead they had one option: A low quality buffet with a mandatory 20% gratuity for 2 people. They did not disclose this “buffet” anywhere when we made our reservation. If we had known this, we never would have booked the reservation! It was VERY overpriced, low quality food (stale dessert items!), and they placed my FULL NAME on the reservation name tag that was in the middle of the table (no respect for privacy!). We will NOT be returning here or recommending this place to anyone again.
