The food selection at Sticks n' Sushi is very good. We were pleased with the variety and the unique flavour profiles of the rolls, appetizers, sticks, desserts, and even drinks! This is an excellent spot for a date, girls night, or other nice evening out.

Unfortunately, this place did not meet our expectations. My partner and myself are regularly going to other restaurants or this chain and have been very happy. We decided to try this one yesterday for our anniversary. We booked the counters area because no tables left but were not familiar with the space. Apparently counters are downstairs and the vibe is worse than the ground floor. Staff were very polite but even though we asked for a table on the ground floor given our occasion (anniversary), we were told there are none and they would let us know if that changed. In the meantime we saw two pairs of girls coming and moving them upstairs and when we left we saw plenty free but were never updated or told to go up. This felt unfair at minimum. The second expectation not met is that even though it was our anniversary they did nothing about it which is very untypical for this chain (we have been numerous times to other places where they provide some mini treat and the manager said they would take care of us, again none of this). We will not visit again of course but it is a shame this place is not meeting the bar of the other restaurants in the chain that we have a very good opinion of.
