   We love Stiltsville with its relaxed Miami vibes, super fresh local fish and seafood, and very friendly staff. We usually come once a year when vacationing in Miami Beach. Upon returning this year, we again had a delightful experience, enjoying the simply grilled fish with accompanying sauces, lovely cocktails, and attentive staff.

   My group was booked as an 8 and 4 on open table, team was great put our tables together and we had a great dinner. Tuna tartare was the best I have had in years! Our server Kevin, kept our bills separated for each of our four families! They didn’t miss a thing, well done both front and back of house ! We will be back for sure!

    At the suggestion of our server, ordered the whole hogfish cooked crispy. Fish was extremely over cooked and too dry too eat. The oysters were a bit off. The shrimp on the shrimp and grits were small and tasteless. The draft beer I ordered was delivered after a 2nd request and after I had finished the oysters. Our server never checked on us while we were trying to eat our entrees and we gave up trying to eat them. When asked, I explained these my fish was inedible. Our server offered me free dessert as “compensation” and when I declined I was informed that my oysters were comped. I had to pay $66.00 for fish I did not eat. No one in management ever came to offer a better resolution. Extremely disappointed in the way things were handled.
