   We always enjoy our visits to Stiltsville. They got inundated this year by having 7 cruise ships turning over and the international boat show’s last day colliding. They were out of a few items we order; we understood however they offered no consultation. We will probably still return.

   Two words. Buffalo Fish Wings! OK, that’s three words but they are so amazing they’re worth the extra word. The main courses that followed were equally great and our server achieved the perfect compromise between getting us what we wanted when we wanted and it’s-creepy-that-you-are-hovering. She rocked it. A bit pricey but totally worth it. Wish all our SouthBeach dinners were like this.

   The server (Orlando) alone would make me return but the food was good the prices reasonable (not cheap). Orlando the Cuban server was informative, nice and on top of our needs without being overwhelming. Thx Orlando for making our Valentine's Day dinner so nice, it wouldn't have been the same without you ;-)

   We were a party of four. It was a business dinner. Very busy evening. Took them a while to see us. The bartender was super slow. Took her almost 20 minutes to get us our first drinks and the bar was not that busy. After we sat, they brought our appetizers right away. They were excellent. The ceviche was delicious and the calamari although not a ton of it was pretty good. We then waited almost an hour for our meals. The wedge salad was a whole head of lettuce with some ranch dressing on it. The bacon and it was fantastic. They were out of fish. The manager came over and told us that they were short on fish And we had the crispy hog fish. It was cooked to death. There was no meat and it was very dry. Not a great overall experience for 2 1/2 hours sitting at a table. I would try it again another time. But only one more time based on that experience.

   Food and service are always outstanding. We have been to the restaurant many time. My only complaint is that they need to offer Tarter sauce for the excellent Hog Fish sandwich. I know they are trying to do something at a higher level but a fish sandwich is still a fish sandwich and must have Tarter Sauce which is a simple request. I hope they make that happen.
