   What an amazing evening… we went to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Our server was amazing, very knowledgable on the menu and attentive to our needs and our meal was top notch! We eat out often and everything was delicious. The general manager Esteban was outstanding, attentive and went above and beyond to help us celebrate. We will definitely return many more times!!

   Edit: We may return again to see if the "non-value" option is any better (not that the bad experience described below is justified). I love steak so when I heard about the $69 3-course dinner deal (Sun-Thurs), I figured it was worth a try. Took my wife with me and planned to return if the food was good. The place has a cool vibe -- modern lounge-y steakhouse with good music (hip-hop, R&B, reggaeton, etc.) That part was great. The service, however, was not. Our server displayed a rude attitude from the start. Took forever to bring a bottle of Fiji water. Didn't offer 3-course deal until we asked about it, which made it obvious that they were hoping no one would ask for it although many other tables were using the deal. The food was underwhelming. The ingredients chosen and the flavor profile of the appetizers were awkward. My steak came out almost rare instead of medium-rare, and my wife's medium-well was more like a medium. The sides (mac & cheese and asparagus) were surprisingly actually pretty good. Very disappointing that the steak was the weakest part of the meal. The worst part, however, was our server. While I was checking the receipt, he tried to rush me to pay. The receipt listed each course separately and when totaled, the cost was actually more than $69 per person. I didn't want to cause a scene so I went along with it but that was very shady and scam-like. There were other additional issues that I don't have enough space to expand on. I've been to many steakhouses (from cheap to expensive and from poor to excellent ones). Unfortunately, STK, like many other "hip" spots in Boston, tried to create ambiance with pretty cocktails and atmosphere suited for Instagram food bloggers who know nothing about food while compromising the quality of the food and service.

   STK Steakhouse in Boston is a total vibe! From the moment you walk in, the place is stunning, with a great atmosphere that just makes you feel like you're in for a special night. I was greeted by Julia, the hostess, who was super friendly and set a great tone for the evening. Our server, Alexis, was amazing! She really knew her stuff and helped us navigate the menu with some awesome recommendations. She was so patient and made sure all our questions were answered, which made the whole dining experience that much better. STK is a beautiful setting with delicious food and that makes it a must-visit spot in Boston.
