   Overall a massive disappointment. Waited over an hour at the door for my our reservation. Service was so horrible , could not even keep water on the table filled. Had to ask numerous times for items and to clean up table. Music was completely awful playing the thong song and just that music. Completely zero class and no vibe that of such that STK is typically known for. Food was subpar and many dishes looked like they were microwaved just before coming out to that table. Don’t waste you time or money here

   We have enjoyed all the great steak house chain restaurants like Ruth Chris, Smith & Wollensky and Morton’s. STK does not compare to any of these. Very loud music, grocery store steaks, no table cloth and very high prices. Even the Parmesan truffle fries were tasteless. Save your money.

   I took my fiancé here for her birthday. STK was amazing, the best staff and customer service we have ever experienced. We will most definitely be coming back. Our waiter Isaac he was so professional and polite.

   Social Hour was nice but liquor options differ by state - popcorn chicken was delicious but noticeable that they use thigh meat - felt like a mixture of breast and thighs meat; but overall food offerings at social hour we nice and extremely discounted.

   Had the pleasure of enjoying a Chef's Tasting. The entire experience was phenomenal. My favorite was the dessert board, sadly but true. I'm pleased I dined on a Sunday evening. Restaurant was quiet enough to enjoy the music and the food was top tier. I'm pleasantly impressed with how different the service and cuisine were from my previous experience.

   My wife and I ate here for our 18th wedding anniversary. Overall the visit was very good. Everyone was very kind and polite and they made our day very special. It was a very beautiful establishment. The music was great. The food was good, personally this place is very over priced. Two drinks, appetizer, two entrees, one additional side we paid $233. We have eaten at many nice places in Charlotte but this one is definitely on the expensive side. Again we appreciate how well we were taking care of during our dinner. They went above and beyond. We will be back but not an every weekend stop.

    This was mine and my significant others first time at STK and I can definitely say we truly enjoyed ourselves. The music was point. The ambience was immaculate and the food was delicious.
