   I had a good 1st experience. I celebrated my birthday with a few friends. I had the braised short rib which was amazinggggg. I cleaned my entire plate. My friends had the lobster linguini and it was delicious. The food and service was the best. My only complaint was it being able to use the birthday special that was advertised on social media. I showed the screenshot that I took of the post (which is what it said to do) and I showed my waiter but she informed me that it was only for the month that it was posted in which didn’t make sense. I wish I would’ve been able to apply that social media birthday post to my meal and that would’ve made my experience a little better.

   Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. Low quality food for fine dining prices. This seems to be an “influencer” restaurant. The music is so loud you’d think you were eating dinner in the middle of the club. The restaurant is beautiful but food, service, and experience were very very bad. My husband and I love fine dining and high quality dining experiences and we’re excited to try it- my lobster wasn’t even cooked and the 6oz filet I ordered was MAYBE 4oz and was either overworked or previously frozen. Stay clear of this place….

   Everything was amazing! I wish the prices would acclimate with their food. The food was amazing just not worth the price. Overall, it was a good time we had at STK.

   They have a very an impressive and extensive menu, especially for a steakhouse. Our stakes were tender and cooked perfectly. The bacon appetizer was great. I've had some thick cut bacon appetizers but, not as thick as this one. I didn't want to swallow it. I just wanted to suck the flavor out of it! Our server, Andrew, did a great job explaining everything on the menu and making recommendations. My only complaint is the price. All of these high end steakhouses are expensive but, this was the most expensive one we've experienced in Charlotte.

   Went here for dinner and it was so much fun. Dj was rocking and staff was friendly and attentive. Christmas decorations look awesome.

   Disappointed in entire experience. We sat at the bar and service level was unacceptable. It was stated they had oysters from Washington DC. I questioned this and gave them an opportunity to correct this but they stuck to this. I don't think they get oysters out of the Patomic river. :( Ordered bottle of wine and bartender didn't show the bottle, opened it and poured a full glass rather than a tasting. When I mentioned this wasn't the way to serve a $100 bottle of wine he got an attitude rather than saying thank you for the tip. It turns out he brought the wrong wine ! Had he presented it properly it would have been avoided. I don't blame him and suggest better training but I do blame him for his attitude he showed. Other bartender brought the correct one but no apologize for the mistake by the bartender and he just avoided us the rest of the evening and body language showed he was upset we asked for mistake to be corrected. Vegetable sides were over cooked, steak was average and not worth the $100 price. Asked for salt and pepper. Bartender said I can get it for you. I guess he said can, not will as he never brought it. This was my first time to STK and will be my last.

   I visited STK to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It was on a Tuesday evening so the restaurant was very quiet with only a few guests, which we loved. We decided to use valet for parking which was very convenient given it’s in uptown and it was freezing that night. It cost $17 which I think is reasonable. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive, and all of the food was great! The prices are kind of high, so it’s not a place I’d visit often or outside of special occasions at the honoree’s request.

    Excellent food! Excellent service and nice atmosphere. We dined on a Sunday afternoon in December (2024). We had the calamari which was prepared perfectly. We both also had the filet mignon. They were like butter! One of the best steaks we’ve had. Drinks are pricey but excellently prepared.
