   What a fantastic night out in Denver! We tried the Stock Show Menu at STK and it was impeccable! First off- you must order the Marshmallow Old Fashioned with your steak- it was a must have pairing. We always love the pull apart buttery bread served in skillets (the blue cheese butter was insanely good!) We had the stock show menu , featuring a yummy Caesar salad to start (served with the thickest slices of bacon I’ve ever seen- photos to come!), perfectly grilled asparagus, to die for Mac n cheese, delicious steak. Their “Cloud” dessert was a work of art! The Butter Cake Cheesecake was hidden under a cloud of pink cotton candy- which they lit on fire to reveal the cheesecake covered in fresh berries. Seriously stunning presentation and it was incredible! The atmosphere was such a vibe- great music, the service was wonderful! This is a must stop if you’re in town for the Western Stock Show (or anytime for a date night or girls night!)

   Food & drinks were so yummy & service was great. We did steak night & the value was insane. We added on the truffle & wagyu butters for our steaks and they were amazing. We also got cocktails to start (during happy hour) and loved them. Mine was the spicy watermelon tequila drink and I can see why it has won awards. We definitely plan to come back!

   The atmosphere set a tone for excellence. But it was discovered shortly after to not live up to the hype. It was not very busy but the service was exceptionally slow. This place had potential to be a hot spot. But leaves a lot to be desired. Very overpriced for subpar quality of service and good was mid.

   Beautiful place. However I had the worst experience here. I celebrated my birthday here with 12 of my friends. From the beginning to the end, our waiter was extremely rude and seemed annoyed that he had to help a larger party. I went to poor water in my glass, he snatched it from my hand and poured in into 2 other glasses at the table. All of our food came out rare or med rare, but we ordered med to med well. There was a staple found in our food. Dry salad, scarce toppings. We didn’t like any of the food except the fries, apple pie, and drinks. When I complained to the manager she never came back to check on me. They just comped a couple things off the bill. Very disappointed. The place is over hyped. Go to Ruth’s Chris!

   Our server was great, and the food was good, but for $900, this was far from a fine dining experience. The food runner gave us the wrong explanation of oysters (East vs. West). Watching the manager awkwardly hover over our server pouring wine added to the discomfort. But the kicker? Leftovers packed in an oversized brown grocery bag. I brought my sister and niece here for a special send-off dinner, expecting elegance, not casual sloppiness. The $20 Amex offer that drew me in feels hilarious in hindsight, given the exorbitant amount I spent. Details matter—and here, they don’t.

   One of our favorite restaurants around. Very good promotional opportunities (perhaps too many) but now made even better noticing that parking is validated. Never saw that. But even without the various special menus and promotions or even the parking, taken on its own, great plating, portions and taste (noticed in that order) coupled with outstanding attentive service. Don't get me wrong, the promotions keep us coming back more often but even on a straighta la carte menu, we'd be regulars.

   My wife and I had a fantastic time! We sat at the bar and enjoyed dinner while watching the busy bartenders. Excellent atmosphere, food, and service.

    5 of 6 steaks were sent back overcooked. They came back still slightly overcooked but very dry and flavorless. The bill came out and they had to charge us for all the food sent back and then credit us for it but they didn’t credit enough and we had to correct their math (easy for a customer to miss so the super comes out on top) No apologies or effort to make our experience better only excuses why we didn’t think the steaks were correct, hard to see in the dark atmosphere… my steak came out cut in strips so it wasn’t allowed to rest
