STK artfully blends two concepts into one—the modern steakhouse and a chic lounge. A large central lounge area is furnished with creamy leather banquettes and textured crocodile tiles, and is surrounded by an elevated dining room for more formal dining. Theatrical lights illuminate each table, while a DJ creates an energetic vibe throughout the entire space. STK Midtown is located in Midtown Manhattan, just steps from the bustling Theatre District. STK Midtown includes an outdoor patio and separate bar during summer months. As anticipated, steak is the main attraction. With a chic and modern mindset, STK offers small, medium and large cuts of meat, as well as naturally raised options and market fresh fish entrees. Aside from steak, signature items include Parmesan Truffle Fries; Lil’ BRGs; Crispy Lobster Tail; Sweet Corn Pudding; and Jumbo Lump Crab Salad.

Our service was not what we expected at this caliber of restaurant. We’ve been all over NYC and have great service and friendly waiters and this was a disappointment.

Does worth at all! I ordered medium rare and received my meat very dried, cold. Very expensive restaurant, which does not delivery quality expected! Much below product and service quality levels for a NYC restaurant. Super OVERPRICED! In my opinion, it was very disappointing!

Had to ask for our table to be wiped down- there was crusted creamed spinach on it. We had a 5:15 reservation - so beginning of service. Had a horrible table by the door- it was my daughter’s birthday and we ended up not telling them bc we just wanted to get out of there. We ordered 3 big filets and sides. The filets were hard to cut. You should never have to use a real steak knife to cut a filet- it should cut like “butter” Martini (I only drink martinis- real ones- grey goose, up with a twist), was watered down. Seemed to be a lot of drama with servers and managers on duty (on ear pieces, etc) We live right outside NYC and our steakhouses blow this place out of the water. It wasn’t even about the prices, at that point. The quality of food wasn’t good. Unless you are a tourist and are good with all of that post Broadway Show. Will NEVER eat at any of their locations again.

I’ll start by saying the food was good. But the cons for the price were numerous. Very loud, a little bit sneaky with the up charges. We were seated in an area where the floor shook as people walked by. All in all we felt the ambiance was catered to a night club atmosphere rather than the fine dining price they charged.
