   The food started out good as well as service. I realize the weather during our stay was cold yet despite several requests to turn the fan off they did not. It was necessary to wear out coats while dining. While the food came hot it became cool before completion. The server brought our sides with utensils to to serve and it took a while before our waiter came back to check on us. I have frequently visited the STK in Nashville and felt it would be an incredible experience for my guests yet I was disappointed.

   We have been here many times before (last 2022) when we thought it was starting to become too expensive to come as a family. Booked lunch for my birthday as I received an email with fixed prix menu deal of $45 3 course meal buy 2 for the price of 1 during January. The link in the email let me directly to this website to make a booking. The restaurant was fairly quiet, maybe because it a rainy Tuesday in January or maybe others have the read the reviews I failed to read before I booked. We were shown to our table on time and the waiter came straight over with water and menus. When I asked for the $45 menu, the waiter said he thought the offer had finished but he’d check with the manager. The waiter came back and said the offer wasn’t available & suggested we try the £19.99 Specials. We both had the Steak Sandwich with fries and side vegetables. The food was OK but not amazing and not what we had in mind when we booked it for my birthday. I had the espresso martini cocktail which I couldn’t finish as it was far too sweet (our waiter did offer to change it) The service was excellent - our waiter was Alex D.

   One of our two meals was wrong and had to be recooked. Very disappointing! And not one manager can out to apologize about it or offer a dessert or something to make up for it!

   Second time having Will as a server and he is still awesome! Took our order right away, which was our preference, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend him as a server and always love the lunch menu.

   Overpriced tourist trap. They know you're not coming back so why not charge $70 for mediocre fish and chips. Our server was all about the upsell, her favorite phrase was 'you didn't order enough'. '

   Overpriced and undervalued. Felt like service personnel only wanted to turn table fast without any emphasis on experience. Booked table weeks in advance yet when we arrived we were then was relegated to secondary seating area. Side dishes were barely warm. I expect much more for over $100 per person
