   Everything was great except the fact that our waiter did not put in my husbands dinner order and did not check back to see if everything was ok. Had he checked back he would have known . The restaurant did the right thing and comped the meal. It really was not that busy do maybe the waiter was new.

   The place has a beautiful vibe with decor that reminded us of another of the owner’s restaurant. The service was exceptional thanks to Paola!! She explained the menu and offer suggestions on what is popular to order. We started with beverages that met our taste profiles thanks to Paola! We started with the garlic shrimp and goat cheese dip, both unique and delicious! She brought extra bread without our even asking! We had the salmon, Chilean sea bass and chicken Milanese. Everything is unique and interesting! What a treat that the executive chef brought out our food and we had a lovely conversation with her! Kudos to her for the food and the entire staff for an enjoyable evening!!

   The wait staff and hosts seem a bit distant at first, and it takes some time to warm them up and get them to be more sociable. However, aside from that, the food is excellent. The presentation is impressive, and during my last two visits, I truly enjoyed myself.

   Our first time to Story. It’s beautiful inside, calming and comfortable. They have a nice bar area for a quick drink or bar dinner. Our server was outstanding. He clearly loved the changes from Mimosa (prior evolution of this location) and was great at explaining the menu and helping us make our dinner choices. The food was excellent. Arrived hot and it was delicious. Had a dessert that was excellent as well. I do wish that they had some “healthier” entree choices - for those meals when you want to stay on your diet. Simpler options with more basic chicken and fish. I’m not complaining at all, but the menu is a bit limiting if you don’t want a heavier dinner. Haven’t tried their salads yet so that might be the answer. Overall, loved it. A good addition to the restaurants in the area.

   Our first time at Story, and we loved the ambience! The food was delicious, and our server was awesome! I don't remember her name, but she had long dark hair in a pony tail, her makeup was flawless, and she had on cute earrings!

   This was second time visiting Story for dinner. We went back because we liked our food very much first time. We came home and even looked up the history of Story restaurant. The chef is from a Filipino family. Second visit was one of the worst dinning experience. It was Monday 4/7/2025 night but I was still able to make a dinner reservation via OpenTable and went to the restaurant on time. It was pretty slow night. The hostess seated us at a table. I asked whether a booth was available after seeing some booths were empty. Considering it was Monday night dinner time and seeing some empty booths, I thought she would say she could check. However, she said all both are for bigger party. She seated us at a table. We later asked the waiter whether we can move to an empty booth for two people. He asked the hostess and he said we could move. By this time, I did not feel welcomed and although I like wine or beer and my wife like a pretty cocktail to take a picture with, we did not order any drinks. We liked Miso Butter noodles first time we came and we ordered it again. In addition, we ordered other food. The noodle came out first and it was like eating a chunk of salt. We told the waiter that we could not eat "salt" and wanted to cancel. I think the manager lady came to our table and she wondered whether we want newly cooked noodle, I said no and will just cancel the dish. I ordered Chicken Piccata for my dinner. It was also salty but bearable. If you don't like your food salty, this is not the place.

   Our experience as terrible!! The service was terrible. Our server was very inattentive. Took way too long to get drinks. Water was never refilled during the entire 2 hour dinner. Dirty plates and empty cocktail glasses were not cleared from the table between courses. Apps took a long time to come out. The sea bass to rubbery and terrible. Won’t be coming back.

    Good service. Great meals. I ordered the avocado toast, which was one of the best I've ever had. The heirloom tomatoes were beautiful and delicious. The micro cilantro was a great touch. It was beautifully presented, and extremely enjoyable. My dining partner thoroughly enjoyed the Italian eggs. This was our first time trying the brunch menu. It was absolutely outstanding could not recommend more. Be sure to make a reservation.
