   This was my 4th visit to Story since they opened. Excellent service on visit number 3 (shoutout to Vicky). Poor service the other times. Last night the four of us waited 15 minutes at a table in the bar to even be acknowledged by waitstaff. Another 10 minutes to get water and place an order. Food came out before our cocktails, and one drink was missing when they did arrive. Had to ask for water refills a few times during our meal. Asked for ketchup and the runner said he’ll tell our server. At least 5 minutes later still no ketchup for the fries, so we asked another runner who quickly brought it out to us. We brought a bottle of wine to drink and we opened and poured it ourselves since our server was unavailable. All the previous glasses and plates from cocktails and dinner were pushed to the edge of the table and were still there when we left 2.5 hours later. Our server was a really nice guy. We tipped him well even though our service experience was poor. Clearly the restaurant was understaffed ( as it was with our previous visits) but the food was good. I’ll probably go back but have very low expectations for service when I do.

   The ambience and decor in this new restaurant is wonderful. Makes for a great celebration or date night. We enjoyed the charcuterie board, the short rib tacos, and the miso butter noodles and I give them all a 10. I was disappointed with my lemon drop martini as the glass came less than half full. I’m tired of paying $17 for a drink and getting a couple sips. The wine was good with a reasonable but not generous sized pour. our server was lovely and attentive, but we did have to ask her to correct a couple mistakes on the bill. I think they need some time to work the bugs out considering that this place is relatively new. We will definitely go back and I’m hopeful that this one will be successful.

   Loved loved the restaurant The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. I will definitely be going back soon.

   This restaurant has to be the worst experinece I have had. First of all, the atmosphere is horrid. They sat a party of 4 at a bar table...for dinner? Table was not big enough. The place is painted black, I seriously felt as as if I am sitting in a burnt to the ground home looking at the charred walls. eeeekkk. Secondary, the service was the worst. Slow service, and if you ask for something (example extra ketchup), they will leave and not come back, basically forgot about us. We also ordered desert, but the runner dropped off the food and ran off, with no plates or silverware, to then wait another 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Very bad. Never going back. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

   I went with my wife and son. Felt like the server didn’t expect us to buy drinks or any upcharges. Once that happened the server was not around much. Had to ask for a box and bill 2x. The chicken on the salad was dry and I don’t think they gave us much if any salad dressing. The best part was my kids pizza

   I got the eggs Benedict. The bacon was uncooked in places and very little hollandaise sauce. It was extremely hard to cut. I had to keep sawing away on it to cut the English muffin. I’m not too sure why. Then I went into the ladies room, and there was no toilet paper in two of the stalls. I told someone and my friend went in a little later. Still no toilet paper from the two stalls…I get that you were busy. the potatoes I had had a very good flavor and I liked them, but they weren’t really hot. They were just warm. Another person at my table got the Short rib pasta, and that was delicious. The noise level was pretty bad also. It was a very pretty and pleasant setting. The service was pretty good and attentive but had to ask a couple of times for things. I was disappointed as I heard good things and was anxious to try your place. I will give it another try and hope it goes better than today.

   It was a delightful experience. A beautiful restaurant with some of the most delicious food. We went for brunch and every dish was perfectly made and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend

    I have had a sinus problem since I left this restaurant. There is a strange incense like smell through the whole restaurant
