Encompassing all the tradition of a classic steakhouse, StripSteak by Michael Mina in Waikiki is a modern twist on the classic American steakhouse. Chef Michael Mina has created a fun and innovative menu, bold in flavor and diverse in inspiration. Precision at its finest, StripSteak Waikiki features a menu with all natural Prime Certified Angus beef, American Wagyu beef and Japanese A5 Wagyu beef. Other signature offerings include “Instant Bacon” with Kurobuta pork belly, Seafood Platters, with king crab, lobster, oysters, and more. Not to be missed is Chef Mina's unique Triple Seared Japanese A5 wagyu served with yuzu kosho, ponzu and wasabi.

    I highly recommend Stripsteak Waikīkī. We come here every year several times while on vacation. Food and service are always amazing. Marco and Michael at the bar make some great cocktails.

    I’m admittedly, somewhat of a steak snob and I’m very hard to please. The steak at Stripsteak however was wonderful - perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the beef quality was incredible. The A5 wagyu was a little rich for me personally, but the Washugyu Ribeye was perfection. We also loved the ahi crudo roll appetizers- a must get. The hamachi and ahi tacos were also pretty good. Service was very good and professional. However, one comment I would make is that I ordered an expensive glass of Opus One to accompany dinner and they should have brought the bottle to the table and poured it in front of me. However, that was not rhetorical case. For high-end wine and alcohol, it should be presented in the bottle.

    Celebrated a birthday and the entire experience from the food to the service was really outstanding. We were seated in a great outdoor booth which was a great way to spend the evening. Will be back on our next trip to HNL

    Made reservations for my GF 50th bday. Started off at the bar for a cocktail. Our server Ronaldo ( Hope that’s right ) was fantastic and full of aloha and menu knowledge.. recommend outside seating in a both of can . It’s wonderful to see the International Market place alive and kicking in 2024. We ordered the NY steak per servers recommendation and it was truly cooked to a perfect medium.. definitely recommend and we will be back! 🤙🏼
