   An Outstanding dining experience , taste menu got incrementally better with each course, contrast of wonderful flavors, sweet, acidic, hot, creamy, that worked surprisingly well together. Service was steady pace , informative, and included heavy use of local farm produce their own farm… this was a 1st taste menu experience for some friends and 1 they will defo not forget… great dining Theater and experience

   This was my first of 3 on a Michelin star tour. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The Foh team and manger always was able to come and talk and just be human and have back and forth banter which is refreshing. The FOH manger was a true stand out for the restaurant he was very attentive and always came by to check on us. Food was cleared fast silverware exchanged quick and the courses explained beautifully by the team. Wine pairing was very affordable at 90 it was a must do and everything was paired well. This is a place regulars go to as I could see chefs come out and great people that have been there before a real gem in the city. The food was excellent and I will never forget the goose liver PB&J. The hot app sea bass was also a favorite my dad did find a bone in his but it happens in a fish like that. But the best part of the night was the warm cookies they pair with the bill I could have just got those for dessert and been happy.

   Food was delicious and service was impeccable. The only thing we didn’t enjoy on the menu was the doughnuts and the dessert. Other than that everything was amazing!

   We have enjoyed several starred tasting menus all around the world, and this one stands out for its creativity and thoughtfulness. Everything was delicious and well-composed. A new staple for us when we’re in town!

   The food was a wonderful journey of new experiences. The drinks however were one of my favorite parts. The Foreplay and the Apple and Tequila drink were some of the best drinks I've had. The only downfall was it was our anniversary and we made reservations as soon as availability opened and we still had to wait an extra 30+ minutes while we watched others get sat before us. But, it was a once in a life time experience and we would be back.

   Absolutely Phenomenal! From start to finish, our experience at Stubborn Seed was nothing short of spectacular. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with an effortlessly cool vibe that set the perfect tone for the evening. The cocktails were simply next-level—crafted with precision and bursting with unique flavors. Each sip was an experience in itself! The food? Pure perfection. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with layers of flavor that kept us wanting more. Beyond the incredible drinks and cuisine, the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel truly welcomed. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they elevated our entire dining experience. If you’re looking for a place that delivers exceptional food, amazing cocktails, and an incredible atmosphere, Stubborn Seed is a must-visit.     Came here with my wife for our anniversary and it was not worth $500. 4 out of the 8 courses was just ok or not good at all. The doughnut was blah, the steak wagyu for the last course was chewy, the sea bass my wife’s favorite fish was basic and there was a vegetable appetizer that i’m not sure the name of that just wasn’t good. The waiter forgot my drink twice. He ended up giving it to me for free that I appreciated but didn’t even want anymore. You can go some where better for half the price.
