   Ambiance was great. The hostess was not friendly and seemed visibly annoyed but our waiter was wonderful and attentive. We found the food just okay - the chicken & waffles and cauliflower appetizer were good but the rest of the items we ordered were underwhelming (ribeye, delta bowl and biscuits & pimento). Won’t return unless to grab a drink.

   We sat in the vault. It was fun! The pecan sticky bun was fantastic. We split it four ways and a few bites was enough. My avocado toast with bacon was good but not fantastic. The service however was fantastic. This was my second time there. I will definitely go again.

   We hit the $60 prix fix menu with lots of typical southern dishes. A pretty good value in these pricey times, although dessert was tiny. Brian the server was quick to accommodate our theater deadline. Offended that our request for more tiny cornbread resulted in excessive & unannounced $8 additional fee. Great historic interior with giant atrium & skylite.

   Food was very good. The service was lacking. Waited 40 minutes with a reservation. Food took a long time and order errors. Staff was apologetic but after we had food we didn’t see anyone for 30 minutes. No check ins and had to ask for the bill. Manager was not helpful and acted like he didn’t know what was going on. They blamed it on a private party but don’t overbook if you can’t accommodate all guests.

    The restaurant was running almost an hour behind on their reservations. There isn’t a lot of standing room so we had to stand outside and put a damper on our business team outing. Food always great but not worth waiting that long. Had we known the wait would have been longer than the 15-20 estimated, we would have left.
