   So disappointing! We made reservations, but when we arrived we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to greet us at check in. We came during Christmas and was looking forward to the winter wonderland menu that they advertised online, but once we were seated we were told that they weren’t offering items off of that menu as their oven wasn’t working properly. They also were out of other items on their regular menu. The food is just okay, it’s wayyyy overpriced for not tasting all that great. It’s not worth dining here unless you want to experience the drinks and desserts. Our waitress was very nice, but she was overwhelmed with too many tables which meant we didn’t get much attention. Also, the bartender very inappropriately cussed out one of the workers with our young kids within earshot. Seems like this place needs someone from corporate to come down and shape things up. Don’t waste your time or money here.

   Experience was great but service was really slow. The staff was sweet and did the best she could. Plan several hours when going, it took about an hour to just get our drink order and our reservation was for 830 . Food order was quick but they did completely forget my daughter’s food so that was frustrating.

   Took almost an hour to even get our drinks. We ordered the special holiday cocktails and after an hour, when they were finally brought to the table, they looked like a toddler made them and tasted terribly.

   I will never eat at a sugar factory again. We were the only customers there. I asked for medium salmon, just past raw. It was well done and dry. The cook said she knows salmon is better when cooked the least, but the waitress told her well done. The asparagus was like blades of grass-limp and very thin. I took a photograph. We sent it back. The cook tried to send more substantial spears.

   Overall experience wasn’t great we waiting 20 minutes to get served when we made a reservation a week prior the server we had didn’t introduce himself nor give us drink while waiting on our appetizer once we got it the food was cold we than told him we were ready to order he than proceeded to give us the ticket to checkout I understand sometimes it can get overwhelming severing customers but on the night we attending it wasn’t anybody in the restaurant horrible experience overall

   Manager and staff were very helpful and nice they went above and beyond. Thank you for excellent service. Manager was very energetic love the energy from her she is a joy to be around. Thank you

    The servers and hostesses were amazing. The amount of people they serve in a night is ridiculous. I think the workers deserve a shout out!
