   The hostesses were welcoming and friendly. But the fact that I walked in and was told they were only accepting reservations, only to go into the lobby, go on open table, and be able to rsvp for 10 minutes later was crazy. An experienced hostess gauges the seating and current reservations, and moves accordingly. I understand if that was the operating rule for the day but there were quite a few empty tables. Hostesses are just as important as servers and the food. I would’ve suggested to a customer to go online - not just turn money and another opportunity to bring more customers in away. Hostesses earn tips too. And then when I asked about it, the response was just, “We didn’t know there were reservations on open table”. I would’ve sprinkled in a “my apologies” or some type of acknowledgment or reassurance that you would be sure to keep that in mind for the future. An experienced hostess knows what’s going on at all times - either from seeking the info themselves or getting a rundown from mgmt. Speaking of which, the restroom was HORRID. It looked as if no one stepped foot in there since 7am. There was trash on the floor, two stalls filled with tissue, and the sink was nasty. Mgmt should ensure it is cleaned every hour - even if they have to get in the field with their team themselves. The music was very loud but that’s probably the vibe. It didn’t bother me at all. The food was great and reasonably priced. I was actually impressed. The drink prices were insane though. For those prices you should be able to keep the glass. My server Nicole B was AMAZING. She was super nice, cheerful, accommodating, and made the overall experience better. I would go back next week if I could walk straight in to her section and not have to use the restroom. But I probably won’t be back anytime soon.

   I was not impressed walking in the door the pictures and videos has to be from another location out of state somewhere where the staff cared about their guests walking in the door the lil young chicks at the door had attitudes waited to be seated had reservations and still had to wait a long time to be seated and when we did sit down they sat a party of 15 in a corner by the dirty bathroom and our waiter was (MALLY) Horrible it was like he was on some kid of drugs or something he threw our straws on the table and nothing I wanted to eat they had and when I say nothing I wanted eat they didn’t have it was just horrible and if u asked him for something simple as napkins he didn’t bring them it was as if we had to share the one napkin that was on the plate, half the party had silverware the other half didn’t and when they did get they food they still had to wait after they waited almost ah hour for the food they waited an additional 20 minutes just for silverware on a plate And when I asked to speak to Ashley W the person I spoke to on the phone and planned and ordered with over the phone she wasn’t available neither was anything I added on to my reservation However I can say when I talked to the manager about my service and told him that I was disappointed and that was the worst service ever had at a restaurant he apologized and offered me a gift for my inconvenience and I got the bill they didn’t take the $200 off and I tried to tell the high waiter he just walked away I swear the 20% gratuity that’s added on is smart because half if them waiters especially the waiter we had (Mally) did deserve not one red cent Sugar factory Need to do a reboot and start over and do a mass hiring event or shut the place down AVOID this place is OVERRATED OVERPRICED AND SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

   Foot is horrible. Pizza was bad. Haven’t had a good meal yet. Burgers are bad as well.

   I feel it is overly priced. The food was gross I got the steak teriyaki and it was like beef jerky. My daughter got the shrimp scampi just ate the shrimp the rest she didn't like. The shakes yes looked nice but my 10 &11yr old said they tasted like mcdonalds shakes and the donuts on the volcano brownie was hard as a rock. They didn't even want to take them home. The ladys Bathroom was gross had a leak under sink and pooling on the floor. Soap dispenser was broken and just setting on the counter. And felt like the staff was nice but not attentive. Won't be going back and my 10yr old was there for her bday and wa so disappointed. Bought the candy and it was stale.

   Made a reservation, didn’t get seated right away. Ignored by the waitstaff. Had to ask someone for a server. Food came out cold. Greek chopped salad was terrible. Thought it would be a fun place for lunch with my 4 yr old for his birthday but almost a 2 hr dining non-experience when the restaurant was nearly empty was not a good time. The restaurant was rundown and the bathroom was nasty. Do not recommend.

   I very disappointed in the sugar factory my family gotta to eat they gave other people, and our food was waiting 4hours still never ate. My nephew was given liquor he is only 5 years old. I love the manager and the staff,but other than I feel, it's was too much going on, and that's why everything was off

   Felt like it took awhile to get the one thing we ordered. Also they brought us out dirty silverware that was still together with old food.

   All of our food was old and had to be sent back to the kitchen. The manager did come out and agreed all our food was cold. The bathrooms was dirty and had no tissue. This was my first and last time going here. Even the fruit and candy in my drink was old and stale.

    The restaurant was short staff. The food came out without our bacon, jelly for the toast and no sauce for the tenders. The facility had no to go containers for food. The staff didn't come over to check on us. The receipt states mandatory 20% gratuity which I don't mind but, the service should have been worth it.
