   The Cajun pasta was delicious. The burgers are huge and tasty with an epic presentation. Kelly was so nice and kind. My kid really enjoyed their birthday experience here.

   Very disappointed with our experience. The entire experience was just “off”. We waited at the hostess stand with no help for a while. They were out of Diet Pepsi and Starry to drink. They were out of steak and lobster. Our food was extremely slow to arrive. We had to ask 2 people for drink refills (one I believe was the manager) and still no refills….. until someone else happened to come by with a water pitcher and she refilled. Not sure what all the hype is for this place?? Maybe it’s just this location but I definitely won’t be back. Possibly in a different city??

   I had a reservation for 8:30. I arrived around 7:45. I informed the server and the manager I was waiting for the rest of my party to come from the event next door and they would be there around 8:30. At exactly 8:30 the waitress told me the kitchen is closing and it is last call for food. I had a reservation…why wasn’t I told about this sooner? Also, online the closing time show 11pm so why does the kitchen close at 8:30?

   Horrible took 1 hour to be seated after I had reservations, food took forever, I had a really slow server. I ordered a filet with lobster they ran out of the lobster and my steak was only seasoned with salt & pepper waste of $50 . Will never be returning here!

   We arrived as a party of 8 for the $99 ice cream bucket. Even though hardly anyone was there, The service was terrible. we saw the server at the beginning, when the ice cream was delivered and when the check came 1 small glass of water the whole time I asked the bartender for a water pitcher - she refused and never served any water Also, the place is run down and the entire staff seemed disinterested

   We ordered coffees and they were lukewarm at best. The food was cold and the service was bad. Our server barely came around. Also, the music was so loud and the type of music they were playing on a Sunday morning when families go there to eat was very inappropriate. It’s was more for the employees than for the paying customers. The place is great for instagram pictures, but it’s not with the money. Never going back there again.

   We have been to two other Sugar Factories so we knew what to expect. This one had very little photo opportunities. The food was decent. But what was the most disappointing was they put a automatic gratuity on our bill. We did not have a large party, so we asked why and she said cause there is an event in the area so we just automatically add it. Which we were not told before we sat down. Nothing was said until we got our bill and we asked. They need to let customers know as they walk in.

   We walked in at 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and we’re the only ones in the whole restaurant. Nobody greeted us and after 10 minutes we decided to leave the host stand and walk to the bathroom. In the women’s bathroom, there was no toilet paper and no paper towel towels when we walked out of the bathroom. The server was sitting at the bar and I asked him if the place was open he said yes we’re just slow right now and I informed him that there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the women’s bathroom. He then grabbed some menus and sat us. 15 minutes later he came to take our order. Our food came out in 15-20 mins. We had the Caesar salad, a club sandwich, the mac & cheese, balls, spaghetti, marinara, and an Oreo milkshake. The Caesar salad was uneditable, but the other food was good. The silverware and small share plates were dirty. We asked that the Caesar salad get taken off the menu because we didn’t eat it and the server said OK and then when we got our receipt after paying the bill, the Caesar salad was never taken off the bill. It was a very bad experience. The server was lazy and there was no management around and there was no host.  I would not recommend the sugar factory in Glendale.

    Loved there was a lot of options - it’s super open and everyone takes photos everywhere! It was a lot of fun! It was definitely a cool experience. It took a while for appetizers and all the food to get out - and with kids it was kind of hard to keep them at bay - thank god I had goldfish! It took about 2 hours and that was with us having to skip dessert cuz the kids were getting too restless. If you have littles - there are no changing tables in the restroom so just keep that in mind.
