   Service and waitress were terrible. Mandatory 20% tip is egregious given that the service was bad, we should have the right to tip what we want. Slow, never brought drinks we were charged for, 30 minutes, waiting for tortillas to go with fajitas. Food and ambience were great. Just need to clean out the staff and get some new ones.

   The server came once to take our order and then someone else dropped it off, never saw the waitress again until I went and found her for the bill. There is automatically 20% added to every bill and 95% of that goes to the tip, the waitress took my credit card, went to the till, swiped and accepted the total without me seeing until after the transaction was done. I had no intention of adding even more tip after the service and meh, expensive food but I had to tell her to give me the receipt to remove the extra tip, so shady.

   Our server was really good but we did not like the place. It is not worthy. We went to live “the experience”. The price is too high for what it is. They charged us for the ice cubes.

   Terrible food and cheap decor. For the same price I could’ve gotten more food with better quality ingredients at most other places on the strip

   Overall good experience. Server was nice and food was good. Picture guy was cool, fyi he is not a sugar factory employee. This location needs updating.

   Terrible, only reason I gave it a few stars is because the food wasn’t awful and they attempted a few cute things. However, if you’ve ever been to another Sugar Factory location…even the other locations previously in Vegas…you’ll be SO disappointed! It’s in the FOOD COURT at Planet Hollywood, not even attached to Miracle Mile. I have been when it was previously at the Paris and also Fashion Show, it was great! I was excited to take my sister and was just embarrassed. There are three stories, only one of which is even open because it’s a ghost town in there and is SO SMALL. They should NOT be allowed to have the same yelp/open table/google review page after changing locations because those pictures are not of this new and terrible location. It’s dingy and tacky, nothing like other locations. What a disappointment. Oh, and there is a mandatory 20% service charge…in addition to tipping? Not sure why.

    Thank you so much for everything. The service was great the drinks were amazing along with the cool Christmas decorations
