   Food was very bland. Restaurant was not easy to find. Service was disappointing, not only did we have to ask for straws and salt pepper but we then had to wait over 5 minutes before another waiter, that was not ours, brought some out. I wouldn’t recommend.

   Great service by our waiter “Miguelao” … thank you for making our dinning experience special and fun! And to the rest of the staff as well for all their great hospitality. Great food and location!

   We ended up leaving as soon as we walked in! Not the "Sugar Factory". Tiny area shared by another business. Ambience is off, decor is off, menu is off. I know they are trying to remodel the actual restaurant which is the reason for the condition, but until they fix it, I don't recommend you go.

   I wouldn’t recommend this new location. Small space, very loud and not enough room to sit comfortably. Seems understaffed, very long wait times for food and drinks. Doesn’t look like the old Sugar Factory at alllllll. It was my sister birthday, I didn’t even bother telling them or ordering a dessert.

   This was the worst possible dining experience ever. Such a complete waste of time, money and calories. They moved the restaurant to another building that looks nothing like the pictures and did not indicate that on open table or when they confirm. The hostess answers the phone and does not indicate it is a restaurant...just hello. It is a building that says Little Nikos, nowhere does it say Sugar Factory. The music is extremely offensive and loud (my kids now know if you are sexy clap your hands). The service is marginal. I saw our drinks go to someone else's table and then get brought to us. Such a waste of a Miami meal. I would prefer to eat at McDonald's.

   Avoid this place. It’s understaffed and almost appears temporary. The service was unhelpful and they didn’t have many of the items on the menu. We came to get the colorful stack of pancakes and they said they didn’t have them. We got a waffle instead. When my dad asked for butter they brought him garlic butter, which ruined his whole waffle. The Sugar Shack use to be a fun place to eat, but this restaurant was a shadow of what it once was.

   Had a reservation but didn’t actually dine here because we couldn’t find it. The open table address was 507 Espanola, which was an abandon building. Called the resto, they said they moved gave to 1444 Espanola, which brought us to a dead end residential street. Called 2 more times and they insisted that was the correct t address. Then called a forth time and was told the address was 1444 Drexel, which on google maps showed as the original abandon building. We gave up at that point.

   This place is cute and decorated for Halloween. I had the four cheese ham sandwich which came with fries and my friend had the spooky sliders, all were delicious. The butterfinger shake was to die for. I recommend this place and will go again.

    Beware- this is not the Sugar Factory which is included in the pictures. It’s a completely different vibe and does not match the pictures. It’s a corner restaurant which doesn’t seem to be affiliated with sugar factory aside from them pulling a menu out from behind the cash register. May be a good restaurant, but not what they’re advertising in pictures. Misleading.
