   I took my daughter here to the sugar factory in queens for her 18th birthday yesterday. Worse experience at a restaurant ever. Everybody got their food and I didn’t get mine til 30 minutes later. The hostess asked me was everything alright and I said no I didn’t get my food yet. Then she proceeded to ask what did I order and then brought me back the wrong dish. The they did a weak happy birthday song for my daughter. It was only the hostess singing happy birthday to her. No cake no nothing while other parties around us got the full treatment. I refused to pay for the late dish they brought out to me. Overall gave it 2 stars because they did help me with giving eyewash for my son. That place had my son eyes itchy and burning

   Great service and this space is nice and open, not as cluttered like other locations in Manhattan. Food was good and our server Abraham was so courteous and attentive. Will definitely go back for their brunch service next time!

   I love this Sugar Factory because it’s so out of the way. I took my daughter on a Friday evening before it got crowded. The food was great and the drinks were too. The service was outstanding. I’m definitely going back.

   My first time and it was amazing. My wait staff was amazing and on point with service. Highly recommended and will be attending again.

   I was very disappointed in the food. It seemed more mass prepared than I expected. The whipped cream on all of the fancy desserts, with not even with the whipped cream, but it appear to be synthetic Cool Whip.

    So it was in fact, my birthday and the server had an extreme attitude for absolutely no reason on my birthday.
