   Service was horrible. Appetizers never came. Ordered drinks . Waitress kept forgetting to bring them. Waitress never came back to table to see if we needed anything. Didn’t have mozzarella sticks. Then automatically put 20% tip for horrible service.

   Service was horrible!!! The Downstairs waiting area smelled like a wet dirty mop. Out waitress was no where to be found when ever we needed her but was hounding us to pay the check. Food was not the best for the expensive prices & the tables are so close together with other guest I felt like I had no personal space. We constantly had to ask where our server was, it was a horrible experience. Never again! IG definitely hyped it up, save your $$$$ & go somewhere away from Times Square.

   We always went to the restaurant when it was near high line and we loved it, Times Square disappointed it was dirty the bathrooms were filthy no toilet roll. We had nearly finished our food before the drinks arrived, stay away from the mimosa flights they were vile I know it’s Times Square and it’s busy but it’s over priced for basic fried food. The only good thing is the fish bowls but at $42 plus tax and they put a service charge on the bill for a party of 1 or more is terrible . There are far better fun spots to go

   The restaurant was not fully packed, but busy. They placed us upstairs in the back room where there was a party of 20 maybe. There were other open tables, but they placed us back to back with this large party and next to another larger party. We we squeezed in like sardines when there was plenty of other space available. It was a fire hazard because you couldn't move. In order to get out to use the bathroom, we all had to move and move the large group behind us. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary because of the open space available. That, combined with the average food, made this trip to Sugar Factory one that we'd prefer to forget. This is our 3rd time at Sugar Factory and by far our worst experience. Holiday decorations were beautiful, but nothing else was.

   Subpar drinks and tacky decor! It is all about the bubbling show for the goblets - the actual drink was horrible

   We went for the Christmas experience, the presentation was terrible. They didn't have the materials for one and two what they did sent out it looked just thrown together like my 5 year old did it. He was very unhappy.

    Probably the worst Sugar Factory we’ve been to. I made reservations, but wasn’t advised until we sat down that they only serve brunch, and that the regular full menu would not be available until 3pm. Who serves only brunch until 3pm on a Tuesday. In addition my children’s food was mediocre and my husband said his buger was terrible. I didn’t eat because I was looking forward to the main regular menu and didn’t want a burger or breakfast foods. Definitely not going back to this location. Disappointing.
