   Virgil was top notch customer service as our waiter. We would absolutely request him again when we visit. He was very kind and made us laugh

   Food was cold!! Couldn’t believe it!? Whole thanksgiving dinner COLD!?!? An establishment of this caliber serving this level of food is super disappointing on a very special day with a very special person! Bummer!

   Great food as usual and great service. Although it was Thanksgiving we did not have a long wait for our food.

   Upon walking in the restaurant was very busy. My party had to checkin at the host stand twice as the first check in was not marked. Server was very friendly and kept up on refills. When entrees arrived the food runner did not have correct sides, however brought the side requested and let me eat the incorrect side on my plate. The dessert that was originally provided looked the same even though we ordered different items. The manager was kind and got us fresh desserts that tasted great. Despite the hiccups overall was great. Food came out hot, in reasonable time considering how busy it was tonight. Will return soon.

   Unfortunately, our dining experience on Thanksgiving was not a positive one. Cold food and incorrect orders for all 3 of us.

   My dad and I went to Sullivan‘s for the Thanksgiving dinner special for 2 o’clock reservation, we arrived a few minutes after two and were seated immediately. Our server, Joshua C was very attentive and made sure that our drinks were always filled, and the courses arrived timely. Overall, the food was good and well presented.

   Eddy was a fantastic server. The food was great and just perfect for the occasion. The music was a tad loud, and we had that ONE pesky fruit fly that seems to be wherever we go. LOL. Also, I think someone in the kitchen might have been smoking a cigarillo? We sat right next to the kitchen door, and I’d catch an occasional whiff. Not so bad as to ruin the meal, but just enough to make me question my sanity.

    My filet was cooked perfectly. Our servers were attentive and friendly. My inly suggestion would be to check the temps on the shareable sides. They were lukewarm at best. Hood flavor and not worth mentioning at the time because it was very busy. When i asked about my bearnaise sauce being room temp she advised that bearnaise sauce is always served room temp. Im 64 and never has it been anything less than hot. So apparently sullivans is the only place doing it right. I haven’t done any research but i will say it doesn’t taste right to me at room temp.
