   The drinks were very slow to come out, after we received our appetizers. We couldn’t hear our waitress speaking as she spoke very softly and it was extremely loud . The cowboy cut Ribeye was flavorless and the brussel sprouts seemed like they came out of a bag and thrown in a microwave. The manager did stop by our table to apologize for the slow service. However, this was our second time dining at this location and we will not go back.

   The service was poor as well as the food. The table across from us was extremely loud. We will not be back!

   This place has gone downhill for sure.... waiter was slow and not great, food was under seasoned and it's absolutely not worth the price. Better off going to Eddie Vs for a better experience and pay just as much with much better food.

   Enjoyable dinner but had to wait 45 minutes past our reservation for a table.

   My steak was over cooked .. sent it back .. it came back under cooked .. TWICE !! How do cooks who work 8n a steakhouse reataurant, NOT KNOW how to cook a steak ?? Highly over priced & over hyped restaurant .. The food was jus5 mediocre .. AT BEST !! Wont return .. Shoukd have gone to Eddie V's for dinner, for sure !!

   We sat for a long time before our drink orders were taken; then a real long tine before we received our drinks or have or order was taken they missed someone appetizer order and we waited 10 minutes until that food was prepped the food was fantastic they never followed up with drinks and refills

   The service is always great. We had Freddy and he is always fabulous. I will tell you my husband didn’t say anything when we were at the restaurant and both of us got the cowboy cut. When we came home with our leftovers we tasted each other‘s steak and his really was not as good as mine. It was on the tougher side, and it just wasn’t as tender. That’s the first time that he ever said that the steak didn’t blow him away. Also we got a piece of the chocolate cake to go, and that was not as fresh as it normally is we will definitely be back, but there were some short falls this time no reflection on the service.

    My wife’s birthday was immediately acknowledged by rose petals and a card on the table. The sushi roll was fantastic. We split a bone in wagyu strip steak, not sure if it was worth the money for it was no better that standard USDA high choice. Our baked potato was cold. The restaurant was unusually quiet, but it was a cold January week night. The waiter bought us complementary glasses of wine and cake for her birthday. It’s her favorite place and her choice, we will return.
