Welcome to Sun Kitchen—a new beginning with the same heart, tradition, and hospitality. More than just a restaurant, this is our family legacy—a place where community and the love of Turkish cuisine come together. No matter how long the night, the sun always rises.
For over 30 years, we've been part of Hackney, starting in 1995 with a small Turkish restaurant and later opening TAD Restaurant in 2003. After 17 wonderful years, we had to close in 2020 but kept our passion alive with a humble gozleme shop.
Now, since 2024, we begin a new chapter. Sun Kitchen carries forward our legacy, inspired by resilience and warmth. Our doors are open once more—welcome home.
