細かいところに気遣いのある見事な寿司を食べさせてくれる一久。毎回満足して帰れます。是非また行きたいと思います。

狭い間口を入ると凛とした空気を感じる。直ぐに奥へと続く長いカウンターが目に入る。奥で仕事をしている大将と若い板前が心地良く迎えてくれる。この雰囲気は、住宅街にある鮨屋のそれとは明らかに異なるのだが、ここは紛れもなく東急世田谷線の世田谷駅近くにある鮨屋なのである。飲み物の注文を、決して焦らせることなくゆっくりと聞いてくる。あくまでも客本位だ。一品の料理がいいタイミングで出されてくる。飲んでいるものに合わせて、微妙に料理を変えているのが分かる。下ごしらえに手間暇かけた旬を押さえた料理は、どれも本当に美味しい。鮨にいくまでにかなりの料理が出されるが、鮨も充分な種類がしっかりと出されてくる。勿論、腹具合によっては途中でストップもできるし、一品料理を抑えた鮨中心のメニューもあるので心配はいらない。鮨も勿論旨い！シンプルにネタの良さで味わあせるもの、シッカリとした江戸前の仕事が施されたもの、その構成がなんとも絶妙で、ついつい腹10分目以上をたいらげてしまう。世田谷の一久、鮨の名店である。
