   Had the most incredible experience at Sushi Polish in West Hollywood, especially sitting at the chef’s table. From the moment I walked in, everything felt special—the vibe, the energy, and of course, the food. The matcha and bao buns were such a cool surprise—so fluffy and perfectly balanced. The salmon was absolute perfection, like melt-in-your-mouth amazing. And the sushi? Honestly, some of the best I’ve ever had. Every piece was so fresh and beautifully put together, it felt like a little work of art. What made it even better was sitting right at the chef’s table and getting to watch all the care and skill that goes into each dish. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it makes the whole experience feel super personal. If you’re into sushi and looking for something next-level, you’ve got to try this place.    I had such a great time at Sushi Palace! Our waitress was so kind and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The food was fantastic--the cod was absolutely incredible, and the dressed oysters were fresh and packed with flavor. To finish, the dessert was just perfect-sweet, satisfying, and a great way to end the meal. Can't wait to come back and try more of their dishes! Highly recommend. The ambiance was dark and elegant, the phone booth tables are super cute.

   Decor was beautiful and the presentation of the plates were immaculate. My favorites that I tried were the dumplings, the crab hand roll, a pumpkin sashimi, and my absolute favorite was the chocolate mousse dessert. Sushi palace is a great place to dine for a girls night out or a date night.

   If you're looking for an exceptional sushi experience in LA, Sushi Palace is the place! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a the most beautiful, inviting atmosphere. Every inch of this place is just stunning (even the bathroom). The sushi here is top-notch--fresh, flavorful, and beautifully crafted. The yellowtail jalapeño and nigiri were to die for. The service was incredible - attentive and friendly, making you feel like a VIP throughout your visit. My mouth's watering just writing this! Highly recommended!

   10/10 on all aspects, can’t recommend Sushi Palace more! From the food, service, ambience and more, everything was fantastic. The head chef, Max brought out most dishes himself and our server Elise was great. The food, especially all the seafood was so fresh and the attention to detail was top notch. For drinks: Bubble Bath is not only super cute but tastes great too. If you like spicy drinks the Shy Hinata was amazing. Small plates: German dumpfnudel (dumpling) with butter was so tasty and the miso soup had a lot of flavor. The spicy tuna crispy rice was the best I’ve had in LA, the rice was cooked so well it basically fell apart. Nigiri: salmon and hamachi were so fresh In the “new style sashimi” we got the scallop tataki and the flavor was so incredible. Dessert - the brownie with valrhona was to die for!!! Do not skip on that.

    Loved the ambiance there, especially the playlist! The food was delicious especially the miso soup! Everything was well plated and filled me up! My drink was sooo cute. Ladies get the Bubble Bath. Cant wait to come back again.
