   Great place for Choux buns, cookies, hot chocolate and scones, all of which are fantastic. Unfortunately, the afternoon tea experience wasn't up to the same standard, with the sandwiches and cake selection not matching the same quality. The bread was dry with fairly bland fillings whilst the cakes were extremely sweet. Not great for the price unfortunately.

   Lovely afternoon tea with my daughter. Food was great, quiet noisy at times and couldn’t hear each other speaking. Enjoyable nonetheless.

   We had high hopes for our pre-booked afternoon tea, but it was a let-down. My cup had dirt stuck in it, and I had to ask for a replacement The room upstairs was cold, but the food was the biggest disappointment – the cakes tasted stale, as if they’d been sitting in a fridge for a week, and the scones weren’t fresh. Overall, a very poor experience. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

   Booked a brunch grazing board for 7 people on a hen do the morning after!! The staff were lovely, smiley and attentive. The food was yummy, beautifully presented and such good value. We even got some boxes to take home some of the bits we didn’t manage to finish. A wonderful end to a fun weekend in Bath. Thank you 😊

   It was the perfect setting to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday. Her younger sister, who is 9 and a typical fussy eater, was able to enjoy the occasion with her “kids afternoon tea” which offered a selections of child-friendly sandwiches and cakes. My older two teenagers loved their afternoon teas and we all left well fed, as well as food to take home in a box. For me, I was disappointed that being a “vegetarian” caused such an issue that they couldn’t meet our needs at the last minute and we were stuck with some meat choices, although I’m sure I’d included this in the first communication with the restaurant. The food was nice but nothing seemed particularly fresh or particularly delicious. However, the children were happy, we got some pretty photos and it was generally a nice thing to do. Will I go again? Probably not.

    We had a lovely afternoon tea here today. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The vegan cream tea was brilliant - I’m not sure I could have spotted the difference between mine and the regular scones and cream. Very yummy. And I actually thought my deserts looked better than the regular ones! The kids one was great value. There was a lot of food, so we came away with a box of cakes. Overall a very pleasant experience.
