The focus for Executive Chef Aaron Weible is to maintain a scratch kitchen. Preparing everything daily from sauces to breads. All went well. We were seated immediately upon arrival based on our reservation. Our server Heather, promptly took our refreshment order discussed the menu options and promptly brought our drinks and took our meal orders. Our meals were delivered in a timely manner and good and hot just the way I like it. All meals we excellent no complaints. we will definitely go back .Is this helpful?

Great restaurant to go to for a special occasion. The upstairs dining room faces the golf course giving stunning views. The interior of the restaurant is very ‘classy’. The food is on the pricier side but worth it. They offer a salad bar along with specialty drinks and a varied choice of entrees. Highly recommend!Is this helpful?

Had a nice dinner at the Sweetwater Chop House. Our second visit. I chose the Wagyu Steak and it was cooked to my tastes. Started the dinner with the Brussels Sprouts. I do not eat Brussels Sprouts anywhere except here. The sauce it is cooked in makes them palatable. No dessert this trip, but I would like to make a separate visit just for dessert. The others in my party had no complaints on the dining experience. Made reservation but was not necessary.Is this helpful?
