Excellent restaurant. Went twice for dinner during our stay. Beef tartare and focaccia bread apps are amazing. Ahi tuna and prawn main dishes were also excellent.

They do not serve sides with their protein choice. I paid $35 just for chicken breasts and my brother paid $58 and got only 3 small pieces of red meat no sides. There was 4 of us the bill was $235 for no sides and just 3 drinks and ok protein not great. Nothing about this meal or restaurant was worth the money. It will go out of business soon.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Talia last night. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and gave the right amount of attention to us. The food was absolutely amazing. Possibly the best meal we’ve had all year. To start we chose two starters - the homemade bread with whipped ricotta and also the beetroot and feta salad. Both were delicious and enough for two people. So when we chose our main we chose the chicken without an extra side (the salad became our side) and it was really amazing. Crispy outside and juicy inside. The flavors were also amazing. Had we had any space we would have loved to try a dessert! Drink wise I had the 75 1/4 which was lovely. My husband had the kombucha which he enjoyed. There were two big groups at the restaurant so it was rather loud on that particular night. Decor is lovely. At the hotel we were told that they will be adding a garden and growing their own ingredients which I love. We will be back for sure.

My sister and I had the pleasure of dining at Talia Kitchen on Friday, May 16th. It was a dining experience that awakened my taste buds to flavors that I had not had the pleasure of experiencing before. We started with the matcha martini and water lily. Perfection! The whipped ricotta starter with house made focaccia was delicious. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Ronnie who explained the making of this creation. We then had the roasted delicata squash. Who knew that squash could be so scrumptious. The combination of ingredients was amazing. Next was the Moroccan spiced Mary’s half chicken. Yum! Cooked to perfection and mouthwatering. Then came the prime back loin center cut local swordfish. Cooked to perfection; seared on the outside and moist on the inside. The flavor combination was perfect. And to end the meal we had the caramelized honey panna cotta. First time ever having this dessert and hope to have again soon. Perfect ending to a wonderful meal. The presentation of each dish was very good and the combination of ingredients brought a sense of balance and color on the plate. My compliments to the chef and staff who made our dining experience so memorable. The staff is polite and attentive. They took the time to explain the menu and answer our questions. Thank you Chef Ronnie, Isis and Jose! We will definitely be back soon. 😋⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was looking for an upscale dining experience for my birthday. I really liked that Talia Kitchen had a vegan option. The hostess was very nice and said happy birthday as she saw on the reservation I was there for my birthday. The restaurant ambiance is typical of an average restaurant although it was quiet and peaceful. There is no dress code so you can dress up, however the tables near us were in tee shirts and others were in bathing suit cover ups. The menu is more of a tapas style where dishes are brought out whenever they are ready. The server was very nice and accommodating. I ordered the squash as recommended without the burrata cheese to make it vegan. The squash came out first and it was very tasty! :) It was a bit awkward eating and waiting for my hubby’s food. We waited a bit and then the mashed potatoes came out. It was nice that he had something to eat so I could eat. I finished the squash and was still hungry so I ordered the cavatelli pasta (vegan dish). While waiting for the pasta the chicken came out. My husband really enjoyed the chicken. :) My pasta arrived fairly quickly. Unfortunately it was bland and disappointing , but the server handled it well although the manager never came by. :( This restaurant had great service, however the server could have acknowledged my birthday in some way? There are very tasty options on the menu for non-vegans that are tapas style so if that is what you are looking for give it a try. This definitely was not for me. I think there are some kinks to work out at this restaurant especially for the price.
