   Waitress was friendly . She asked what kind of salad we wanted with our breakfast….i asked breakfast came with salad? She said yes….then charged us separately for the salad…I did have her take the charge off…I probably would have paid for the tomato salad if it was good…but it was not. The breakfast was good. !

   Contemporary American cuisine in a relaxed, modern setting makes Tano Bistro a fun choice for meeting up with friends, spending time with family, or having a romantic date. Great drink menu and a good selection of dishes. Food was fresh and tasty. Service was generally good. A clear neighborhood favorite!

   We had a reservation and hostess tried to seat us in the bar area instead of dining room. Server was kind yet not quick. Ordered a cocktail before ordering dinner and it arrived after we ate our meal. Bread arrived after the drink. Overall poor service, overpriced. Food was fine yet nothing special.

   Beautiful place and the cocktails were great. Although service wasn’t at the level of the menu prices. Had to ask for silverware when served food. Ordered eggplant and the presentation was nice, but pasta was cold and tasted ok. Also took awhile to receive cocktails too. Will try again, maybe a bad night.

    The restaurant is normally excellent, but wasn’t today. It has great ambience and friendly service, but the food quality was less than from our previous meals. Sorry to report that: salmon was overcooked and dry; kale was soggy; brussel sprouts were hard and undercooked.
