   Fourth time in. First 3 times the food was excellent, tonight, not so much. Also, the second time with the same waitress and last time she was as mediocre. Tonight she sucked. Didn’t check on us, left me with an empty drink, left menus on a busy table etc. I just felt like she didn’t warrant the customary tip, even though I did leave it.

   All great. Food runner may need some more training how to deliver food. Putting the orders on the middle of the table needs to be revisited

   My friend and I had a great experience at Tap 42 for dinner and drinks. We enjoyed happy hour at the bar - excellent deals on drink and food! Then we sat for dinner. Service was prompt, attentive and friendly at both spots. Food and drink, delicious. I will definitely return!

   The Big Smash Burger was excellent, service by Alex was attentive and friendly and the seating was very comfortable. We’ll be back!

   service was pretty bad, took her 15 minutes to greet our table. i had to beg people to bring our waitress over multiple times. she never even asked if our food was okay or refilled drinks until they were bone dry and i had to flag someone down and beg for a refill. i ate half my meal without a drink. my burger was also severely undercooked but i just ate around it because i knew i would never be able to get our server over and it would take forever when we had already waited so long for her to do anything. food was actually pretty good besides the undercooked burger though. service was just horrendous not sure if it was just an understaffed night though, our server was nice, but was just not present at all.

   At first we sat at the bar and no one even acknowledged us for at least 10 minutes. It was Happy Hour but the bar was not full. Once we received menus we got our drinks fairly quickly and the bill so we could move to a table. At the table the service was fast and friendly. The food served quickly and the burgers and fries were great. Half price bottle of wine a good value.
