Drinks were good. Service was slow. We waited over an hour to get our food. One of the dishes was completely missing an ingrediant and was totally lacking flavor. Two of our deserts were fully melted when we got them. Not a good experience. If those issues didn't happen it could have been perfect but it was a total let down.

Our meal at Tartuca was the best we’ve had in a while! This neighborhood spot does Italian pasta like none other in Portland. Service was warm and well attentive and the food was phenomenal. We recommend ordering off the extensive wine list. Jeff, the manager, is very knowledgeable and made us recommendations to pair with our meal. We will be back!

Tartuca surprised us with a simple menu and some of the best food we have had. The homemade focaccia and radiatori paste were outstanding as was the Pork Osso Buco. The ambiance was perfect. Can't wait to go back!

Top Shelf. Chef Jesse is the best chef around, the man cooks hard. Everything was fantastic, the salad, pastas, oysters, steak, desserts and wine get a big chefs kiss🫶🏻🔥🔥
