   Service was incredibly slow. Restaurant was not that crowded. Either it was the server’s fault, or they are terribly understaffed.

   We were greeted at the door by someone who told us they didn't have a booster seat for our 3yr old after I had already called and inquired about it and was told they did. The person just stood there staring at me saying I'm sorry , and didn't offer to seat us.Finally, I had to ask, "Are you going to seat us or what. " Once we were seated, the food was ok. Our waffles were burned a bit, but it was ok. It just wasn't a good start to my Mother's Day.

   Very disappointing dinner. The restaurant was out of white wine, two of the beers we tried to order and mussels. On top of that, they charge an 8% surcharge because of supply issues. We did complain and the manager ended up comping two meals, but I’d have a hard time recommending this place.

   First-time visit for my daughter and me. Jarod, our waiter, was polite, helpful, and patient with us while we decided what we would order. We felt very welcomed and I would definitely go back to this location! I was so glad to have made a reservation because those who did not had a 45 minute wait on a busy Sunday morning (we were there at 11 AM).

   Service slow. Waved at another server to get assistance, who turned sideways and then continued his conversation with the other 2 servers. Ended up being late returning to the office. Large gaps between checkin from server during dining experience.

    I thoroughly enjoy the taste of Belgium when I come to the University Cincinnati to see my son. It’s a tradition to come here for breakfast before we head home. Fabulous food and definitely take home some waffles with you !!so good!!!
