We will be offering a special 3-course prix-fixe menu on New Year's Eve. Pricing is based off of reservation time + tax and gratuity: -$90: 4-7:15pm Reservation includes 1/2 bottle of champagne for parties of 2; 1 full bottle of champagne for parties of 4. A credit card is required to book the reservation and we have a 48 hour, $50 cancellation policy. Please note, your credit card is NOT being charged for the cost of the dinner, it is simply being put on file to hold the reservation.

I enjoyed another wonderful experience at Tempest. The service at the bar was excellent and the Happy Hour specials delicious bargains. Certainly recommend!

Sat outside, ambience was gray and food was outstanding. Best beef tartare i’ve had. Dalton served us and was attentive and helpful. Had a great time and will return.

Service was impeccable. Venue is charming. Two of 5 dishes were disappointing. Steak tartare was okay but served on a slice of toasted sour dough or other crusty bread that could not be cut with a knife and was difficult/awkward to bite into as well. The flounder did not seem to be flounder at all. It was thick, dense, dry , not like buttery flounder filet with which I'm familiar. Once home, I read that halibut is often a flounder substitute and this seemed quite a bit like halibut. Since it was prepared under what is essentially a broiler, the fish was very dry and dense. Desert was lovely.

Food very good. No bread even though they put out bread plates and butter knives. No sides with most entrees. No sides on menu. Good service. Pricey.

Not the upscale experience we were expecting. Very limited and overpriced menu. Mostly a bar/ cocktail scene . Most annoying was the ridiculously loud James Brown and Aretha Franklin hits. Inappropriate for the small intimate space.
