   No need to visit Italy when you can experience it right here at Eataly. All my guests enjoyed their meals but reading the menu in Italian was a challenge. Google Translate worked well to convert the words to English. You pay a lot but you get very high quality food.

   The pasta was quite nice, but unfortunately, the steak didn't meet my expectations. In addition, I had initially requested a standard table seating, but was placed at a high top table. Thankfully, after I explained that my mother is 90 years old and it wouldn't be safe for her, the manager was very understanding and promptly moved us to a smaller table. I really appreciated that. Overall, I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant; it created a lovely atmosphere.

   Waitress was horrible. From the beginning, I could sense a negative vibe from the waitress - I even mentioned this to my wife and she agreed. Once we were seated, we had to wait around 10mins for our waitress to come by and ask us what we wanted - where she was waiting in the table just next to us - she didn’t even look at us until 10min later. If I knew she was our waitress, I would have called her over. The drink I ordered did not arrive, but still was on the bill - I mentioned to her that I didn’t get the drink. She looked puzzled and took back the bill and came back with the corrected bill, but not even an apology from her for the wrong bill and the fact the drink didn’t was not served. Also, for the whole time we were there she didn’t come back to our table to check to see if we needed anything - like refilling our water. She only came once we were done with our food and this was much, much after we were done with our food. The waitress that served us was, again, horrible. Her name on the bill was “Jocelyn P”.

   Super disappointed overall with the quality of the service and food. The ambience and pricing lean towards upscale, but the experience falls far short of it. An example — never delivered the cocktail that was ordered, but still charged for it, and when pointed out in the check, they wanted to know if they can bring it then, after the meal! Food quality and taste were nothing great either. This is unfortunate since ambience and the open space is so promising!

   Second time going Terra, it was a terrible experience. The waitress was horrible, she was more interested in hooking up with the guy on table next to ours. Drinks were taking forever to come out, waitress never came to check on us, very disrespectful. Not sure if I would go back. Honestly we had an amazing experience the first time, but this time it totally ruined my day :(

   Dinner with whole family was wonderful. We ordered the tasting menu and a couple of other dishes and our service was stellar, the food great. Loved the pork chop and the branzino amazing - we kind of ordered too much but finished it all! Wonderful time. thank you!

   Not a lot of value for the price. Food tastes good but for the price I would expect a better experience or at least included sides on main entrees

   They have a gold mine here. The place was packed, but we did have reservations so got right in. We ordered drinks for the 4 of us. We also ordered our meal at the same time. Our dinner arrived and we were half way through dinner before the drinks arrived. I had the lobster with squid ink pasta and the lobster was way over cooked and rubbery. They charge fine dinning prices but the food didn't match those prices. The food was good, but for the prices it should have been great. I'll find somewhere else next time. The grocery store inside was excellent though

    We were disappointed. We’d eaten at Terra at other Eatalys and really enjoyed it. This time, the servers were overwhelmed. We never did get our appetizer. We had to ask for water twice. They brought the wrong entrées. I think they were overwhelmed by a large party.
